Thanks, Jim, for the tips. But, I'm pretty sure we aren't supposed to use silicon sealer on an o-ring interface. I prefer a tiny bit of silicon grease just to help the o-ring slide into place without binding , twisting, or pulling out of its groove. I was taught to use silicon grease on rubber o-rings, use petroleum grease on silicon o-rings. That way, like materials don't interact and degrade the o-ring.
Hi Jim, I enjoy your videos, and you showing us your expertise. I would find it interesting, to know the mileage and your total cost to the customer? Thank you Clay
...thanks for another great video Jim.....did have a little trouble understanding some of the audio.....do they make a wireless microphone that you could clip to your shirt pocket? .....just asking....:)
Great video but With my own experience its always better to replace the bolts than running the risk of busting a bolt and having to drill it out or or use a twist socket cause that just sucks lol

I used a ball joint separator and a sledgehammer to bang it loose along with a pry bar between the harmonic balancer and the water pump
