Bpd/ depression episode

This was taken a couple of months ago before I checked into a psych facility. I was having a bpd/ depression episode feeling alone, abandoned, and having suicidal thoughts. I usually disappear when these moments happen but it’s time to break the silence of leaving life with mental illness and time to spread awareness. So many on the internet come on hair slayed, face beat, and it can be discouraged to someone who can barely get out of bed. To any one suffering in silence or even openly suffering. I just want you to know you are not alone 💋
