The dark side of OCD: POCD | An interview.. with myself

Hi guys,
I know this video is quite a weird format, but I really wanted to tell my story and I hope it helps someone out there either to understand OCD better or to know that they are not alone.
As I mentioned in the video here are some types/themes of OCD that I have experienced:

- Religious OCD/scrupulosity

- Contamination OCD
- Need to know OCD
- Obsessive fixation on a person
- POCD (topic of this video)
- Peripheral vision OCD
- Schizophrenia OCD (fear of seeing things that are not there)
