    This is my favorite Iconic Blondes so far. I love Anna Nicole and her reality show was funny but also tragic knowing now how medicated she was. She left this world way to soon. Thank you Jaymes for doing this.

    After Howard Marshall died his sons sued her for the millions their father had left her in his will. She came to court every day looking so beautiful. She dressed in the most stunning and classy outfits. She handled herself in such a dignified way. She had a very sad life. She was a gorgeous woman who wanted to be loved. The daughter she left behind seems so lovely. Thanks for doing this iconic blonde. Love you Jaymes❤

      Anna actually sued Pierce Marshall (sole heir and executor of the Marshall estate) because she was specifically not included in the will (which had been initially certified in the 70s and, iirc, redrafted around 1990/91). She claimed that as his lawful wife she was entitled to at least half of his estate and assets.. Prior to J Howard Marshall's death Anna had even recorded him, bed ridden and heavily medicated, saying he would take care of her for the rest of her life (the tape is controversial because she was clearly coaching him to repeat those exact words and was supposedly topless at the time, on the tape she can also be heard telling him he can touch her "rosebushes" when he answered her questions). The main argument by Pierce Marshall was that his father was not mentally competent in his final years which Anna (allegedly) took advantage of (he had progressively deteriorated mental faculties due to alzheimers/or some type of age related general dementia) and showed evidence that throughout his relationship with Anna his father had lavished her with gifts and jewelry (as he did with his other lovers, one of which who was with J Howard throughout the 80s and was a stripper, like Anna, whom J Howard gave over 1 million worth of jewelry). Pierce asserted that the gifts were her financial security and he had no intention of leaving her anything after his death (which the will also supported). I believe Anna won the first case just on merit or being J Howard's wife (iirc this was in TX probate court, where she was also awarded half of J Howard's cremains), but the case was immediately appealed and went to the TX high courts and was passed to the US Supreme Court where she eventually lost (even after her death her estate, on behalf of Dannilynn, had continued the case). The case was finally dismissed around 2012/13 with prejudice (so it can't be brought ever again and all appeals are exhausted in every possible court).
      There were also multiple suits against the Marshall estate, not just Anna's. J Howard Marshall's alma mater also sued the estate for a pledged bequeathment of something like 2 million, which he had pledged in the first will. The court's later determined that pledges are not legally binding, and that because the school did not rely upon or require the pledged funds to maintain operations they had no reason to demand it's fulfillment (which is an interesting precedent that could be cited if Amber Heard is ever sued for her unfulfilled pledges).. In the end a large percentage of J Howard's money was squandered on petty legal fees and donated in large amounts to different organizations that, in the end, benefitted neither party in anyway. It was just a very expensive waste of time for all involved.

      I will always believe she loved him. Women like her and Marilyn are similar in the sense they were so mistreated in their life, they craved stability 🤔 I’m also one of them 😂🤦🏼‍♀️
      I had so many abandonment issues from childhood. I have a preference for older men and always have done. I never really understood what it was but a therapist once gave me their opinion and it made total sense: older men - especially financially secure ones - offer stability, predictability and security 🤔 Since I’m younger, they worship me but they’ll also be less likely to leave me. They have grown up kids who aren’t dependent on them (unlike men my age who either have kids or want them in a few years). In point: their main focus is me and they won’t be likely to abandon me. It’s usually me who leaves them because after a certain amount of time, I get subconsciously paranoid they might get bored and want to leave ME, so I go first because I don’t want to be hurt.
      I realised I sound so pathetic as I’m writing that out, but it’s true 😭😂🤦🏼‍♀️ I think this is why I feel a lot of sympathy for women like Marilyn and Anna Nicole. I see a lot of similarities.

      Yeah but on the other hand, it’s not like his nepotistic kids had done anything to earn his money so I don’t feel sorry for them they lost it.,
      At least Anna Nicole made an old man and a lot of gays happy.

    • @Valkairiexo
      @Valkairiexo Рік тому +1

      @@TallulahFoxxx You do not at all sound pathetic! It sounds like you have great insight into yourself and why you choose the relationships you do. If these arrangements work for you and you feel empowered by moving on before things get too emotionally enmeshed, then please don't feel ashamed. If you do decided you want to work on that, you've seriously done most of the hard work and a therapist can help you resolve whatever it is you want to change!

    I watched the Anna Nicole show and I was fascinated by her, but after a while I felt like the other people on the show were laughing at her and making a spectacle of her. I could tell after a while that she was drunk during filming, but I didn't know whether she knew she was being laughed at or not, so I quit watching the show. I felt like she was being used. Love to Anna, and thanks so much for the awesome video!

    I was ready to write an entire paper defending the camp glory of Skyscraper ! Lol. But in all seriousness Anna meant so much to me growing up. I have always been plus size and when her show came out it was the first time I had ever seen a beautiful plus sized woman on tv who was just living her life. Looking back it's very tragic but I thought she was so magical as a kid.

    Recently watched a video of a summary of the estate cases involving Smith and her tycoon late-husband. The case went on for more than 20 years. As soon as the case was over, the judge who was stuck with it his entire career retired. (Leeja Miller, if you’re curious, she also reacted to Bussy Queen’s analysis of the RPDR contract)

Also, those diet pills were pretty much speed. That’s why we don’t see them around anymore - the FDA finally regulated them.

People don’t know what was between them and what went on in their home. also, there’s different degrees of love and respect. They were two adults who clearly wanted to be around each other.

Also to why they used to so much hair spray was because ladies would only get their hair done every other week so in the mean time their hair had to hold/stay in place..
