I think the sounds of that R3 casts a spell to make you fall in love with it! Such sweet music. You have a phenomenal vision for the tuning of the whole bike setup. Keep up the great work!
Hi Bart, what's the front now ? I race short tracks so my front is 30 mm lowered and it helped a lot. I been thinking about adjusting the rear up too, I am at 290 mm currently. Other than that I am still working hard at getting better at riding and racing. Lastly your triple tree clamp is so awesome. Can't wait for them to on sale!
The rear shock is at 287 at the moment. We will be playing with some other higher values soon. The front is at 27.3 exposed from the top triple, but that doesn't correlate to the stock triples. If you want to try my setup you would have to measure from the top of the bottom clamp to the top of the aluminum part of the fork leg while having the bike suspended on a steering lift. Our value for this is 195.25. Good luck with your racing. Maybe we can bump elbows one day.
loving these video's of yours man. your efforts are obviously having a positive impact on the bikes performance. ill also be racing on 23, 24th over here down under :) did you make that exhaust hanging bracket?
We didn't. The two bikes you saw in this video run different exhausts. The Supersport machine we built last year uses the Arrow system, and the Superbike one uses a Yosh. We will likely build our own exhaust later this year to really dial in the power delivery where we need it most, and hopefully shift the power and torque peaks to a higher RPM.
We only have enough time to have one series at this time and we chose the bike that on the street side brings us the most customers. I do think that the Ninja 400 will be the next year's subject. Maybe at some point we will do a more comprehensive TST Industries show that shows all of the ongoings.
TSTindustries trust me your video has convinced me to get an R3 although im using kawa 250 sl. Keep your great video up and I'll be eagerly wait. Cheers mate !
Great video as always, will it help at top end if you run 2 seperate exhaust small mufflers for each cylinder as you are running sensors in each exhaust, higher exhaust flow, just a thought. Wondering how did you connect 2 sensors, I mean the wiring.
Amaey Paradkar few examples is ok but my question was how the wiring is done for multiple sensors when you motorcycle came with one sensor like Yamaha R3.
cranky1812 the sensors are supposedly connected to a "piggyback" like tuner which controls the fuelling to both cylinders based on feedbacks from Sensors. It's an external unit. When on bike it is made in a little different way, either one sensor bung is blocked with only one sensor in use or both sensors feedbacks are averaged by aftermarket ECU which has 2 ports for O2 sensors.
Thank you. We're glad you're enjoying our series. At the moment we aren't large enough to support MotoGP riders but we do have sponsored riders in MotoAmerica, CCS, WERA, and FMRRA.
TSTindustries oh I meant more among the lines of who are your favorite riders? I am familiar with your business, I've bought several parts from you guys :) and will continue to do so.
john Gemal a minha mt03 tem 39.38 HP na roda, a original aqui no dinamômetro rende entorno de 34,5 HP. Tem o vídeo dela passando no dinamômetro no meu canal.

How can I get calves like those @ 6:45 ?
We're trying to figure it out as well.
Love all your yamaha r3 videos. Keep it up!
With a smile, I love it when an idea becomes a success.
Thanks buddy. We aren't done yet. I am sending that head to the machine shop. When it gets back I will have Marc drop it off.
lovin' the series, keep it up!!!
Really nice to see great results each iteration of this episode. I really want to see the results on the track.
Racing videos coming soon.
Loving the detail you’re going into, very interesting 👌
great video! I cant wait to see how the bike goes at the track now
Loving it ! Too catchy

Have you tried radius valve seat cut. It should flow better.
Technically it should but we don't use a Serdi table. We use manual cutters with guides.
Radius tools are available to manual cutter too. Most tuners in Finland use manual cutters.
We will consider that.

I think that tst industries will keep on modifying & tuning the baby's engine till it KABOOOOOM!!!!!😂blast
You might be on to something... That would be a perfect segue into a Ninja 400 build series ;)
TSTindustries I am really looking forward to ninja 400 rebuild.
Let’s go!!!!!!!
Wow. Love from India for TST 👌💥
Can't wait to see the uplifted performance on track. All the best guys.
Thank you.
Add 1" of length more at the ex manifold outlet
Hey Bart and TST, was just wonderin why did you guys switch from the full arrow exhaust to the alpha-T ? :)

I wished your R1 and R6 has series like this R3. Awesome !!

cranky1812 most stock sensors comes as many as number of cylinders.
Amaey Paradkar usually there is only one sensor at the collecter.
cranky1812 Take a look at Triumph Thruxton R etc.

As an engineering student and a motorcycle enthusiast, this is the best thing on UA-cam at the moment.
Do you guys support any rider on MotoGP? #MM93

Michael Scofield Forza Vale. He doesn't have to be #1...he's still my #1
Where are you going to school?
TSTindustries University of Texas at Dallas. I want to move to Florida after.
Oh come on VR46...
