Man… That was a huge split in the intake manifold. Ain't no way he was going to "jet" around that!!! at least not properly. People really need to do things the way you do… Slow and methodical and really look at some of the more obvious things that get looked over. Nice job. Just from watching your videos, I would imagine there are thousands of people out there that will always check their intake manifold when tuning up and working on their bikes. 👍

All the hoses hard, auto parts store stuff with screw clamps too large. She’s a rehab special, looks like a nice project though provided parts are still around.

Hey bro! Im starting my first project bike soon (dr200). I love your videos, very informative! Im just wondering, how do you have all those replacement o rings in your garage? Do most motorcycles use the same size o rings or do you go buy them each time? May be a stupid question but im trying to learn! Ride on

I've always used gas to clean my filters. Works great! Just make sure to gently squeeze out the excess gas and then I wash it with dish soap and hot water. People have told me that gas will dissolve the glue that holds the filter together. Has yet to happen to any filter I have ever used. Plus those filter cleaning solutions are expensive.

For installing tight grips, spray the handle down with windex or other window cleaner. It lubricates then evaporates.
