    Good job my friend.
One suggestion: use more durable bags.
Lay out your bags in rows. That will ease evaluation, inspection and access to individual bags/plants for maintenance( weed and pest control) it will also lend your process to mechanization.

Check to see it's not in water logged area.
If it's not, it means it is some nutrients deficient, e.g nitrogen.
So, get fertilizer, NPK 15:15:15 and mix with poultry manure. To get them back to great shape and health state

Great explanation on the reason some sprout faster🏆. With that in mind, wouldn't be a good idea to plant the heads separate, the tails separate, then the insides? That way the focus would be in a particular area based on type, and likelihood to sprouting faster? THANKS FOR THE GREAT INFORMATION🕊

Can you do another video of a honest comparative cost analysis of this project? Please don' take my critique of this project personally. I am interested in it because I am a yam farmer too and I think you might be putting too much resources, time and labor than is necessary if you use another method therefore, I wonder what your profit margin would be at the end.

This is dependent on the dormancy state of the yam.
Some can take up 2 months plus.
You need to also check to see that the seeds are not decayed yet. And to make the sprouting faster, creat an enabling environment for the seeds to sprout faster.
