The problem I had when looking for high quality sound panels was that all the easily accessible panels on Amazon either had bad reviews or were made from cheap foam that wasn’t pleasing to the eye. Finally, I stumbled upon Tonnen’s acoustic panels which had the look I was going for. There were available on Amazon with fast shipping at a reasonable price. Let’s talk about Tonnen’s acoustic fiberglass panels.
Well after listening to the before and after sound tests, I became very happy with end result of this project. There was a noticeable decrease in echo and reverb when recording audio throughout this entire living space. If you’re not a handy man like me, I think you’ll appreciate how easy it was to setup these panels, given its flexible mounting options. Also, I just love the way these panels just blend into my living space. They’re pleasing to look at and not distracting or do not constantly remind me of work. In the end, I can definitely recommend Tonnen’s acoustic fiber glass panels.

How are these panels in sound insulation? For example, if I put them in my room then will it help reduce sound from escaping my bedroom?

thanks! I'd like to demo it but I need them standing. I'd just search command strips removal. you pull parallel flat against the wall to prevent damaging your walls. it requires that technique!

@@JSyntax from what I understand, there’s a chance some of the material could get into the air while you’re handling them. Like you said, not really an issue once they’re on the wall, but I just wanted to confirm one way or the other.

I was going to go with these, but honestly the backs being open with fiber-glass was the no-sell for me. I just don't trust it, even with it being pressed against the wall. It'd be extremely inexpensive for them to add a sealing cloth to the back of these to make them infinitely safer indoors.
Where are you getting your information that fiberglass is superior to foam? Because it’s not. People make the mistake of comparing a giant 3 in deep piece of fiber glass to those cheap 1” foam low density foam tiles. Compare those cheap fiberglass panels to
Industry rated auralex foam and see what the difference would be. People keep buying those cheap knock off amazon foam tiles and wondering why they get poor results. You need to purchase actual acoustic foam. Not packaging foam advertised as acoustic foam.
Fair point. I mostly referred to the foam you can get at Amazon. some folks have preferences for the fibre glass panel over foam, so it's not all about performance
