Some useful tips for picking up a big dual sport motorcycle, after you have dropped it, on your own and without hurting your back.
Our friend Clinton Smout, trainer at Smart Adventures, will show us how to pick up a 270Kg bike by yourself. He seems to have no problems at all in lifting his Yamaha XT1200Z Super Ténéré, but things don't always go as planned... thus, always be careful and, whenever possible, get some help for picking up your two wheeled steed.

Thanks for your appreciation! Let me know if there's any tutorial you are looking for and I will see if I can help. Don't know if you're Italian, but there are the subs available in all my videos, except for the WSBK replicas.
      Cheers!

the idea of the lift is correct ,the techinque of the lifting is very bad. U should put your Butt out and spine straight (otherwise u have overweight on few vertebral disk ) Cheers from a personal trainer

Great idea about the brake. I have velcro straps and extra cargo straps I carry that would work great for that.

      Altrimenti metti in prima ;)
