Nice video brother
Thank you!
Just doing a deload this week
Man, I'm so dumb. For 3 years straight, I haven't done a deload even once.. It was so bad that I'm only lifting 50% of my max for a year now, and my running speed went from 4:30 min/km to 8:30 min/km...
I used to do 60 push ups no sweat, but now, 15 push ups is an impossibility...
I'm gonna do a deload now... thanks man❤
My worst mistake was not listening to my body. my strength was going down for weeks on end thinking it was just a "bad day"...
Glad you found my video and you can now benefit from deloading too! Hope your recovery goes well so you can get that strength back and go harder!
for me, I deload whenever I can't move the weight how I want. For example 500 lbs squat for me should be rpe 3 or less, but this week it was like 7 or 8. I knew it was a deload time. Or It matched my rhythm (deload every 4- 6 weeks when I push the intensity)
Seems like you’re experienced and have a good understanding of what your body is telling you. Keep at it!
yeah I've been giving my back hell the last 2 months and it's sore and tired after 3 days, time to deload the back. Arms and shoulders are okay though
shoulders can literally be trained to absolute failure every 72 hours...
biceps similarly.... triceps not so much...
you really don't need deloads for hypertrophy
You are so wrong it's hilarious.
If you are training hard you will need deloads especially if you aren't enhanced.
You not needing a deload isn't a sign you're a savage It's a sign that you aren't working hard.
