    Your range tests r always a treat. The terrain you ride is probably the closest representation of our area in Yorkshire UK. Plenty of hills which are battery drainers lol.
    Most reviewers ride flat dry sunny nice smooth paths......which I envy when its peeing it down here.
    Keep up the good work.

    Hey ginger I’m. Torn between the 9+and the 10+. I weigh 220lb and my only other scooter experience besides ride scooters is the mercane wwpro which I had for about a year. Is the 10+ as enjoyable as the 9+ ? My first instinct is more power is better, but I do enjoy a smooth,buttery, easy ride. I guess I’m just worried that the 9+ won’t satisfy my urge for acceleration!

    • @GingerOnWheels
      @GingerOnWheels  2 роки тому +1

      If you plan on riding it hard or offroad then I'd get the 10. If you just want a comfy commuter with a bit of pep then get the 9. Considering you already have a wide wheel though, the 9 isn't going to excite you like you're hoping. You'll need the 10 for that.

    Whats up man, I wanna purchase this for my daughter but my concern is her having a flat and having to lug this thing back to the house. Being new to e scooters, are e scooters more susceptible to flats than bikes due to the tire size? I live in Texas where the roads are clean along with nice pavement. I am still however leaning towards the Nanrobot lightning due to its performance and solid tires.

    • @billgangsta539
      @billgangsta539 2 роки тому

      no they are not more susceptible to flats more than bikes. its the same thing. if bad luck strikes and you get a flat it happens. i have a scooter with inner tubes for 3 years now and i only had 3 flats. i used to ride bikes a lot when i was younger and they used to pop a lot more often i was abusing them tho like every kid lol. there are also solid tires but they are very hard and they ruin the ride i dont recommen them.

      You can't travel with scooters on planes. Batteries are too big. You need to ship them to your destination and meet them there but even then it gets tricky over large bodies of water because the batteries are hazardous

I'm absolutely gutted yet relieved because I was in the checkout screen before I noticed that Vsett has changed their spec on the scooter. I really wanted it to be my first scooter, but I'm a heavy guy (102kg) and now I need similar suggestions. I'd take the 8+, but 16ah is way too small. Hello, I recently bought this Vsett9+ scooter. I saw that at position P03: Voltage level: 24V, 36V, 48V, 52V, 60V. What do these voltages mean? If I set 24V or 60V, is there any change in the way the scooter is used? Does it change the degree of battery wear? Do they increase their performance at the maximum range to approach the range indicated by the manufacturer? And there is one more thing, at position 10, 13, 14, 19, it says Reserve. What can this be used for? Can someone enlighten me? Thank you in advance.
    Also, I don't know much information about this scooter. I don't know English very well, for help I also use google translate, so if someone who already has this scooter model and wants to help me with some improvements or suggestions regarding better safety when using the scooter, please let me know in written, attached to this message, thank you. I enjoy my Vsett8R but i always keep my USCOOTER on back up because it's suoer efficient and low to the ground so the advantage is you can help push it up hills and this save battery life - I'm 175/80 lbs. but i always have a 15/20 lb. BackPack and i def can't really break 20ish MILES per mission --and if I HIT ANY REAL INCLINES- FORGET ABOUT IT !! YOU LOSE LIKE A MILE A SECOND on INCLINES !! (UGH @ my weight at least ;(
    HOPE THEY DESIGN NEXT GEN BATTERIES SOON - YOU CAN'T DO A FULL DAY EXPLORE ON A SCOOTER WITHOUT A SOLID 35 MILE RANGE :( I have been starting to experiment with recharging at stopovers but then you really need double chargers!! because a stopover is only 1or 2 hours max SO you could get apprx one energy bar back per 1and half hour on 2 chargers ...

      You've been doing this a while now so I don't want to insult your known knowledge but usually when it comes to you just riding to save battery and still have good quality, I would recommend 1080/60fps just on the actual ride footage. And then when you're doing a vlog style/ showcasing a scoot or whatever it is you're dealing with, run it on 2.7k/30fps.
      I only bump up to 2.7 and sometimes 4k when recording at night just to give me more bit information to give me more power to adjust the brightness in post and not lose picture quality.
      I'll tell you my UA-cam quality settings in a sec. Most people watch UA-cam on their phones as you may know already and most people dumb their phones down to a lower resolution to save bandwidth and phone battery so 5k is pointless at least for now till technology and battery efficiency catches up
