    I bought this scooter I couldn’t agree more. Some people don’t like the color scheme but truly you can do some much with dressing up the scooter. The suspension can be upgraded the brakes can also be upgraded although I don’t feel a immediate desire to do it. Thanks for the confirmation I bought the right scooter

    I think this scooter is very underrated. I am glad somebody appreciates it. When it came out I thought that it is the perfect all-round scooter. Fast, not too heavy, stable and has a big battery. I was lucky enough to get the 28 AH version before they disappeared. Even with new scooters coming out in 2022, I still think the 10+ is a contender for best all-round scooter.

    I own the 25.6 ah version its a great scooter. I dont get the front wheel wobble you might want to check that out. I got speed wobbles after taking the stem apart for greasing. The speed is an amazing feeling so smooth and silent. I drove from Sacramento to the alien rides shop in San Francisco to pick my scooter up from them personally They by far offer the best customer service and a two-year warranty everywhere else only offers a one year and will charge you extra for two year they are even willing to work out a little bit of a discount if you provide cash. • @dennisboyle1875
    @dennisboyle1875 3 роки тому +6

    Great Review G! I own both…the VSETT 10+ 28AH and a Kaabo Mantis Pro SE. love them both, but for different reasons! The VSETT is no doubt far superior in most ways, and thus gets most of my riding time. However they both have some Pro’s and cons! 1st off Ginger, I will tell you I pulled my aluminum accessory bar off my Mantis, slid the spacers out to an inch or so from the ends and mounted just to the outside of the yellow threaded handlebar sleeves. Boom…my super bright rechargeable headlight and phone mount look so good you’d think they were OEM.
    Also, I’m so glad you brought up the Shocks options, because I too am experiencing this and am on the hunt for the right ones to stiffen things up! I also find it gets a bit mushy or slushy (less sure footed) on hi acceleration “chicane” or short track style cornering than the Mantis Pro. Again the build quality, ride quality, acceleration, top speed, brakes, exceptionally visible blinkers, and Mach 1 looks, etc. make it the best I’ve ever ridden…and did I mention, you can literally lay screeching rubber for about 60 feet or so between 20 and 26 MPH! The most common thing I hear…like several times a day when others witness this is “OMG…that’s F#c£Ing Sick!” It’s so fun, I ride it like an urban MX Bike, jumping off curbs at 30 MPH.
    But…given a short track w/ lots of twisty curves, I can actually beat it on the Mantis. This is because I can corner harder without the suspension getting weird and slushy. Kinda like if you put a modern Sports car into Sport or track mode, the suspension gets super stiff, allowing you to corner much harder!
    My only other major complaint is the so called latching mechanism for lifting the scooter while the stem is folded down…is simply hideous, and not really acceptable. I’m working on coming up w/ a more secure solution to this as it seems like they really dropped the ball on this part so much that it’s like it’s designed to come unlatched while trying to load it up in ur SUV. On the Mantis it’s almost fail proof!
    The only other fun feature of the Mantis that I miss on the VSETT is the super cool LED Deck lights! 😉. Having said all that, I will reiterate the overall riding experience on the VSETT 10+ is far and away better than the Mantis…which btw comes out of the factory w/ brakes that are violently touchy and dangerous. Seen many experienced reviewers and riders elude to this while trying not to upset Kaabo for bringing it up! Ironically, I did not find Voro Motor’s very helpful w/ my question’s on this matter, but after seeing so many complaints about it, finally saw someone give a good tutorial on how to smooth those Zoom’s out! As for the Nutt Brakes on the VSETT, they are simply amazing! If you ever make to San Diego Brotha…hit me up, cause I’ve got several routes that not only provide for amazing scenery, but are so much Fun!

For me the best scooter is Blade 10 evo. The same spec like vseet but with air suspension 2x165mm so it is super easy to upgrade. Got also damper which makes it super stable on fast ride.Price is also lower. You will get totally crazy when you will see what is the ride on air suspension.
