Thanks for making these about the Vsett line, I own a 10+ for a few months now and didn’t know about the settings you showed! Real crap that the UK has such restrictions for PEV’s! Overe here in the states I only get cops admiring even asking me about it! There’s no helmet law in Michigan where I am but I always wear my gear as if you don’t own a Vsett, especially the more powerful ones you can get in a bad way quick so all be safe! And cheers to you for great videos, keep it up!
Your welcome Scott thanks for your support. I do love the Vsett 10 its just so capable which for me is needed as i cant legally ride it on public roads. I always envious of all vids i see of these being ridden in some stunning locations around the globe.

On the Vsett 10+ I also found when driving off-road or gravel, that got more traction in single motor mode and P12 throttle response best in the middle, otherwise can slide about a bit.

Hi, i have a question
in some e-bikes or scooters order to change p settings you need to enter a password first
where is this password is stored ? in the display throttle or inside the controller
i mean if i have my p-settings locked and i will replace the display (qs-s4) will it help or the password stored inside the controller

Do the p settings affect top speed at all?
The maximum power for sure. I need to set it to about 44-47% to get about 25-27 km/h top speed (as some sort of software speed limit)
The issue by doing it this way... it loses nearly all its acceleration and torque for uphill, rendering the scooter useless.

Can’t remember which ones but there is a power one that goes 0-100

Doesn't the law state that the scooter can't have the ability to go over the stated limit?
I ask because we are only allowed 20 kph here in Denmark, and I don't want my scooter impounded.
Can you set the maximum speed to 20 kph in P settings?

I think its hold down + for 3 sec. If not its the - for sure. Do same to negate.

P15 is to do with th voltage the controller shut down. mine are set at 50v

P17 turn to 0. Cruise control is a menace. Was letting go of gas in a turn then it keeps going...

P16 ODO Zero setting: keep pressing + for 5 seconds, but I don't know why you would use this.

Lmao a friend put there vsett setting acceleration p setting to edit 5. They're noobs and accident put there pinky finger on the throttle end, the vsett spun around into a helicopter and went through a shop window on its own🤦♂️

For VSETT 10+ P07 should be 30 and P06 should be 9,6. OR P07 should be 32, then measurement would be correct
For VSETT 10+ I have left P07 on default which manual has at 28 and I have changed wheel diameter P06 to 8.8 to get accurate speed displayed, checked with GPS.
What setting are you running KPH or MPH, just interested to know.
@@escootermodificationguides2149 I'm running KPH and my top speed has been about 70Kph = 43Mph measured with gps on phone
@@stephenhartley3292 that could work too, but in real theres 30 magnets in the motor, as i heard from whos counted them. Setting wheel diameter to 8.8, could cause in odo range misscalculation, need to test for it
