Absolutely the nicest 90 I've ever seen !!!!!
I really like the front forks and brakes.
We love it when we get an opportunity to use these!
What a great job guys. BMW air heads are unbelievably reliable.
Man that is such a cool build, A vintage bike that look factory but looks & preforms better than it did when it rolled of the factory floor.
Outstanding. Many of the parts on this are the parts I’ve bought from you for mine. The parts you sell are premium as is your work.
Epic bike! You guys do amazing work.
A friend in Brooklyn where I used to store my bike has an R90/s that he always wants to sell to me. Seeing how you did this helps me understand what can be done to keep it clean and simple. Thanks!!
wow a work if art!
great original bike of course.
the clever bit is knowing what to keep and what to modify and you have nailed it
What a beautiful view and the bike complement each other... Nice work!
Ah man what a bike! I've got an r100 that I might have to start upgrading after seeing how good this looks.
Beautifully done
Beautiful bike, beautiful lines, fantastic color with contrasting spoked wheels...it’s on fire! Video looks awesome as well! Makes me want to move to Austin :) This nicely shot and edited vid really makes me salivate for the bike. Congrats on the build and we look forward to more vids!
😘😘
Agree.... For the best social distancing, ride a vintage BMW airhead
Stunning!
I am confused. I bought a 1977 R100S new in June of 1977. That was the first year of the slash 7 series in the US. 1976 was the last year of the R90S. The slash 7 series had the more angular valve covers and Bing constant velocity carbs. The factory faring on the S had a 35mm clock and a 35mm voltage gauge, both were VDO. The only color available for ‘77 on the R100S was a beautiful metallic red, without the “smoke” treatment.
I love the treatment you did with the BMW but if it is a R90 engine it can’t be a 1977. Based on the old style slash 5 and slash 6 valve covers pretty much confirms it for me. But as I said you did a very nice job on that Pre-1977 BMW.
That is correct, BMW didn't make the /6 after 1976, this is a 1976 R90/6 modified to have a r90s vibe.
@@RevivalCycles I only commented because you stated it was a 1977. Thank you for responding. By the way I just watched Jay Leon’s Garage episode on your Ducati, absolutely fabulous design and execution!
Ah, we see. Slip of the tongue we guess.
Thank you!!
Excellent‼
Wish I could afford or had the talent to get the pile of 77 r100/7 I have in my dining room to someday look and run that good.
Great bike love the lightness in the frame in combination with the warm brown colours! Superb job! Inspiring. Building a BMW myself using the S-fairing as well. I was wondering which LSL handle bar have you used. The current handle bar on my bike is just a bit too high the brake fluid container touches the S-fairing the handlebar is just a bit to high
Beautiful, which exact handlebar did you use on this one, they all look so similar on your website?
This bike has the LSL Clubman bars. Not to be confused with the Domino Clubmans which are very different styles.
Beautiful bike. How much does a build like this cost? Where can you get those carbs too? I have a 78 r100s that I have been looking at new carbs for
Want!

Is that Lake Travis?
Mark Warren it is!
Cyclops makes a LED bulb - easy install. Hint, hint ..
I've looked those and they might be amazing but it looks like an $80 price tag on a $10 Chinese bulb. We haven't added these types of led bulb replacements to the site yet because we haven't found one that has all the features we are looking for a few being warm light, high output, shallow depth and integrated driver.
He is, he's wearing"shapewear"
If Alan were wearing shape wear he better send it back because it isn't working.
Bmw didn’t make a 1977 r90
Correct. A '76 manufactured bike, first registered in the US in '77.

Keep up the good work. I honestly don’t know how you manage to keep a shop like that running with all the overhead and labor costs. Good for you. That jag you have is nice too. I have a 76 r90 that I am reluctantly selling .
