Loving this Pyro build. I just watched the red Ducati build you did on Jay Leno's garage, and I think it's the most beautiful cafe' custom I've ever seen in my life. You guys create absolute MASTERPIECES. They're so much more than just custom motorcycles.
I am unbelievably jealous guys. I’ve had the Ducati 900 SS/SP back in the day and a ‘72 R75/5 toaster tank Bmw now. Unfortunately my transmission made some bad noises and lunched itself and jammed into 4th gear. I’m in the Midwest and can’t find anyone who will take it on and have a spinal injury and can’t do the work myself anymore. Fixed, small, income to boot. No the Ducati didn’t cause the injuries, but I’m sure it didn’t help lol! Absolutely love your work guys!!
If you use a weld cleaner ( passivator) on the welds, it will return them back to gleaming shiny stainless. Shurfox makes one. Worth the money for stainless welds.
Thanks for the tip!. The frame on this bike is nickel plated and I wouldn't remove the coloration on the pipes for anything but there's plenty of stainless welding going on here in the shop where that would be applicable.
A big fan of your videos and want to support your work, but I have an off topic question: Do you recommend a light weight retro helmet? I went to your website and saw the Hedons (cool but pricey), AGV X3000 (sold out), and the Bell Bullitts (Quality and Fit?). I would like to get a Shoei Glamster (hate the name), but I don't think they are available in the US. Can I get the Shoei through you or do you have an alternate suggestion?

Nice work indeed!
We need some of those sport classic seats made
It's a custom subframe as well. Soo much involved there.
