Alan talks us through the modifications and upgrades to the 2019 Triumph Thruxton TFC Limited Edition. This is motorcycle number 113 of just 750 made. A very rare bike. The team streamlined the silhouette, improved the electronics and controls, and added state-of-the-art performance parts. The bike was then tuned on the in-house Revival dyno.

This bike is gorgeous
Just realized I rented a motorcycle from you guys in Austin during a work trip, really cool group of people I’ll visit you guys again 🤙🏾
😘
Great video guys. I have 230, and I really like how you changed the pipes, but it looks almost identical to the original.
Another brilliant video, Another brilliant bike. I will definitely check out your online store. And it's good to know that you will accept bikes from anywhere in the world fantastic
Amazing work as always. Hope you're all safe and doing great. Big shout out from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷✌🏼Keep it rollin' guys 🤟🏼
Appreciate it!!
I have a TFC as well and you did a very nice job.
Unfortunately like you said it is illegal to do theses changes in europe....
well done
Damn this bike is amazing.
Too quality!
Stunning! You guys do amazing work!
Great Video guys! very informative and great quality! good work! I am about to buy a Thruxton RS and looking to replicate what you have done with the tail and hand grips and indicators.
That dino is ideal for quarentine )
The bike is beautiful and I am currently making my way through all your videos! There is no better way to wind down at night then a beer and a few Revival vids. I am currently modifying my 2020 Thruxton RS and was wondering what modifications you made to the air box/air filter? You mention changing something in the video but never say what it was.
Awesome work on this super rare bike! Those are some serious hp gains.
Out of curiosity, did you get a stock run on the dyno, or was the 107 crank a factory given number?
A bike like this can make a rider feel more concerned about damaging the bike than themselves; and it ain’t the bike that causes that conceit.
So much more info on this one mate👆🏾✌🏾👍🏾
He went this far so now he really should get the wide wheel kit from Canyon Motorcycles. Looks amazing on this bike.
Great idea! We did actually put Canyon wheels on it but the timeline required that we shoot the bike before we completed that final touch.
Beautiful motorcycle 👍🏼
My issue with a “piggyback” fuel controller is, if you de-cat, run aftermarket air filter(s) install a aftermarket pipe, at anything below 3k rpm, the stock fuel system is in control anything over 3k is controlled by the “piggyback” system. In traffic or below 3k rpm, the engine leans out and gets hot. My Triumph 675 has a “locked ECU. A “live tune” system would be better!
So you say there’s away to make a copy the TFC by getting the regular Truxton Triumph RS build it from there or better?
Sweet.
What air filter was it running? K&N?
Is the customer’s name supposed to be displayed on the dyno screen?
Beat me to it!
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My dream bike...how can i have this bike...plez...tell me...
I’m confused. How do you switch through the rider modes and abs/control with the new switches? Or did you just delete those all together??? I want to do the same with my thruxton r. I really want to clean up the handlebars
The info and mode buttons are mapped to two buttons on the left grip.
Did you guys run a munit and m-button on this install? What relays needed changing?
Hi Matt, On this build we used a pair of specific latching modules and a couple of relays in order to install the momentary switches. I'll provide a link to a guide and parts list below. On Most bikes this new an m.Unit installation is either impossible or impractical and we never use m.Buttons on any install because they solve a problem that doesn't exist and introduce difficult to diagnose malfunctions. technicalarticles.revivalcycles.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000745791-Revival-Kit-Instructions
Where can I buy the arrow exhaust for my 1200R?
Shoot us an email to orders@revivalcycles.com and we'll set you up.
what brembo master cylinder?
Ich hab auch eine.
How come you guys didn’t remove the fake Bonneville-esque “air cleaners”? The bike looks infinitely cleaner without them...
That was not in the cards for this project.
....I'm actually kind of angry that this guy bought a TFC LE Thruxton onlty to do this much work to it.
Sweet tail tidy though...
Sinistaar exactly what I was thinking.
