You are a true bmw master, it looks like you’ve done this a thousand times. Everything you did was calculated and sure, no fumbling. I know that it took you longer to set up the camera than the actual work, thank you for that, I’ve been looking for a tear down like this for a long time.
Great work. It’s always a pleasure to see 46works notification ! You made awesome videos (audio, picture and editing) as you made awesome bikes. Domo arigato.
Nice work! I m doing my third flat bmw but always good to watch a complete disassembly A lot of parts to check to organize and to change! Keep going can’t wait to see what you gonna do with this one! Moum’s from france
@@shiroh73 Please do share your method of organizing parts for such an ambitious and inspiring project. I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos; thank you for posting them.
LOVE IT!!!!!!! Excellent video :) You were really lucky with the gudgeon pins [wrist pins]. On my R65 they were stuck in so tight I had to use a press to get them out of the pistons. And that second engine mount bolt that you had to hammer out - ALL mine were like that, I had to soak everything in CRC... I am looking forward to your next video! Thanks, from Australia.
U have one of the best video edits and craftsmanship. Would like to see some new school add ons like fuel injection or superchargers where possible. Or mixing up parts like swingarm from other makes.
Same here! Only discovered this channel last week. It makes a refreshing change from all the usual shouty, noisy videos that most people seem to make. Subscribed!
I am in awe that you managed to get all of those plastic connectors disconnected without breaking a single one; especially with how old the bike looks like. Please share your secret of how you managed to get so lucky, because I have broken those connectors when they are only a few years old, much less decades old.
A fascinating video. Good work. You disassembled the connecting rods before you removed the engine. I have never seen that before. Is this procedure specific to BMW? Take care.
Fazendo o favor manda a segunda etapa do vídeo. Desde já muito obrigado.

Thank you, your video is very relaxing. A quick escape from this stay at home situation. Cant wait for the next one

one of the best yt-channels - thx for uploading - Greetings from Bavaria :)

Beautiful. Brings back so many memories of working on Boxers in my 20s. Thank you!

I really like the way you disassembled the Con rod big-end, very clever.
it makes a nice change to not have generic super energetic music playing over everything.
