Hook really went for the true loves kiss damn. Also to be clear its like it never happened but it did happen they just don't remember so like the sheriff is still dead.
Well so did charming in season 1 on Snow when she didn’t remember him. Hook got off easy compared to Charming. 😂

I adore this episode. Rumple's drive and courage here is astronomical, and the emotional gut punch from then to the end of the episode is brilliantly executed. This might be my favorite episode of the series.

So many things happened, so many emotions, it was hit after hit.
The first scene of the first episode of this season was Emma giving birth and with this episode we have full circle.
One of my favorite episodes of all time (not just for OUAT, but all shows in general).... GREAT reaction!! I couldn't wait to see your opinions on this one, especially since your such a fan of Rumple (easily one of the best characters on the show). Glad you enjoyed the episode! Definitely agree- its hard to be mad about Rumple's death here because it was just done SO well!

Its a fairytale show and this was not a happy ending so many stuff unfinished at this point. It would have been an excellent season finale rather not series finale
I think the actual season finale for s3 would be a good series finale, if you just cut a couple things.
I actually completely agree with you. This really wrapped up most of the characters arc in a meaningful way. I never felt the show was as good after this arc. The direction they had to take some of the characters to keep it going without being spoilery did a disservice to how far their arc had taken them.
This is one of my favorite episodes because of Regina doing stuff to make up for her past misdeeds (something I wish the show had her do more often), and Rumple’s sacrifice.
I agree with you! Perfect episode. Executed so well; so many things wrapped up in an incredible way. Love the way they ended this episode too :) Poor Hook. Lol.

Yes, once again, this master class of a show pulls something phenomenal out of thin air, and it just blows all of the endings it could have had out of the ball park❤ it’s the Disney crossover. We all never knew we needed

Regina almost sacrificing herself at the end of season 2 and rumple doing it here, the two of them carried the show.
I really wouldn't have been mad if this was the last ever episode (bar the 'one year later' scene). Perfect episode is perfect.
definitely one of the best episodes of the whole series. season 3 is the peak of OUAT, and i know most oncers would agree… not taking away what comes next coz it gets even more crazier! OUAT mastered the art of cliffhangers! youd think nothing could even top this among cliffhangers, but prepare to be gagged!!! their dual arcs for a season format is really a great creative decision.
OUAT is masterful at creating endings for literally every season break that leave the audience questioning where they are going next… it’s one of my favorite things about the show.
This reminds me of how much I miss mid season finales. I don't miss waiting months for the second half of the season, but the mid season finale was always a thrill-- you don't get them really anymore. Once Upon a Time always had my favorite mid season.
Back in the day, this show's seasons (except for the first one) were divided in two arcs. The first arc used to be released in autumn, after this, they usedto have a "winter break" to later comeback in spring, with the second arc.
This episode was one of the best finales and it wasn’t even really a finale. It was a conclusion to the Peter Pan storyline and it was amazing. I was so proud of Rumple and so SHOOK when they did this.
I don't really remember when season 3 was actually aired, but i do believe this was when shows started doing mid season finales and this was one of the firsts to do it.
If you love rumple in this show, he is also amazing in Stargate Universe.

Have been anticipating this one SO MUCH!! Two huge emotional moments packed into one episode, this one always has me crying like a baby. Looking forward to your reactions to this next story arc!
to clarify, the everything that happened still happened. so the people that have died are still dead.
the dark curse basically has 2 locks. 1 the memory spell, that made the people forget and created a false memories to people and stopped the time. this one was broken by emma as the savior. 2 is the spell that brought the people to the world without magic, and created a whole false place. this can be undone by the person who enacted the curse. so the false place just get destroyed, and they will all return to where they came from.
the retconed scene where emma decided to keep henry didnt actually happen. it was the false memory regina gave to emma. so she basically cursed them using the first lock.
As soon as I saw the pancakes, I just knew lol
this mid season finale for 3 was elite

So sroudn this time the show started doing 2 arc seasons: part A (which has mid season finale) & Part B (which has the season finale). Season 3 was literally the perfect ending for the series. Normally shows only do this if they don't know they're being renewed, but not only did they already had season 3B written, shot, and filmed, they already knew they had a season 4 in advance due to still having high-ratings.

It was A LOT in one episode but not too much where it was a reach or confusing or anything like that. It was perfect. The rest of season 3 is also so GOOD!

I think you got that later, but everything that happened still happened. Just memories disappear and traces of everyone who was brought by Regina vanish from our world. Think of it as a "clean up" operation, only a magical one. But no one comes back to life, and no stories actually change.
First episode of OUAT that made me cry. Definitely a fav. :)

My God, I remember having to wait like four or five month to get the conclusion of the season because they took a little hiatus. I was floored for what was coming next. Can’t wait for you to see the outcome of this season. Great reactions love watching your videos man.
4.5 more seasons of this show, but this was the highlight for me.

I still to this day question why couldn't Neal stay with Emma and Henry. He wasn't the part of the original curse, he didn't have all this fake memories, he already lived in our world for most of his life, Emma was born in the Enchanted forest too and she stayed just fine...
Neverland Arc: 8/10. It was really good, but it dragged a bit sometimes

It’s still crazy to me that Neal wasn’t apart of the deal so he could have a chance to be Henry’s dad. They always leave him out and screw him over.
This was a good one to watch live and then be tortured waiting for three months for the show to return. I had many similar questions to you.
