Nothing like bacon, eggs, and fries tators for breakfast along with real butter on my toast. I fry the eggs in the bacon grease. This is pretty much my everyday breakfast.
Check out George Carlin, he isn't as clean and family friendly as James Gregory here but he speaks just as much truth if not more, much of what he said applies as much as or more so today than it ever did when he was alive and some of it is still coming true (even the stuff he made up and exaggerated).
I agree with you ( and him ) Julie, there is a lot of truth in his humor and I can relate to James Gregory's humor because I'm his age or close to his age and my family is a lot of how he describes his cousins and kin folk ... The lack of learning hard practical work at an early age is crippling a generation. Growing up on a farm, I was taught to never pay someone else to do work you can do yourself. Since we had so little money, that meant learning to do just about everything yourself. That lesson has saved me thousands of dollars over my lifetime.
