  • The repetition suggested for these movements are as follows, you can perform them for 1 - 2 sets 2-3 times a day if you’d like!
    - Cat/camel x 10 repetitions
    - Quadruped t-spine rotation x 5 each side
    - Half kneeling hip flexor stretch x 5 each side
    - Wall upper back lat stretch x 3-5 repetitions
    - Quad stretch: hold for 60-90 seconds per leg
