    hi! So there is really no need for the bitter gourd to be cooked?Can this be done also for the eggplant?

      Hi, yes, there is no need for the bitter gourd to be cooked. But, let it soak in the solution for a couple of hours to lessen the bitterness. I haven't tried it with eggplant so I'm not sure. Hope I this helps 😁
