Some of you REALLY need the subject of today’s FREE UA-cam tutorial. You might be spending hours each week adding chord symbols to your songs.
That’s all well and good UNTIL you need to change keys. Then, you have to redo that work again.
If there’s a last-minute change, forget it. It’s too late.
Well all that is a thing of the past with this feature in ProPresenter 7.8.
If you subscribe to the right plans with Multitracks.com (here's the link: www.multitracks.com/products/..., you can just search for the song, import the lyrics and have the chords there already. Need to change keys? No problem, it’s two clicks away.

Thank you for the help with adding chord charts it was a big help. Today I ran into a snag which I couldn't figure out so maybe you can help. I imported a song from multitracks and found it was missing a verse in the arrangement. I can manually type the words for the second verse, but how can I add the chords?, Is there a way to copy and paste the missing verse with chords from the lyrics page in multitracks or download the whole pdf and copy and paste it? The pdf had the missing verse.
I was told to contact Multitracks and ask them to add the verse and chords to the song then re-import it.
Can’t you add songs with cloud pro and use them in Propresenter?
Thanks for the video! The Renewed Vision video for 7.8 was so vague I had no clue how to do it. Thanks for the perfectly in depth clarification. Also it looks like the promo code already is invalid.
Also, I had a question. If I am currently using Song Select and CCLI Licenses, do I still need the licenses to use MultTracks' chord charts? Just trying to clarify what CCLI stuff we can cut to switch over to this.
@@ChurchAliveNWA As I understand it, you don’t need song select itself, but you would need CCLI. I don’t believe that multi tracks includes permission to do everything that CCLI does. But then again, it’s new to me and I haven’t read as much on it as I have on CCLI.
I I haven’t reached out to them yet, so I don’t have any sort of promo code, etc., but maybe I can get one.
Is there a way to have both Chords and Numbers on two different screens with Propresenter 7? Half of my team uses numbers and half uses chords. Thank you for your help!
Create two stage layouts. In one, set it to show chords and in the other set it to show numbers. Now, have two stage screens with different layouts on them and it should work fine. I just tested and put two instances of the multitracks current lyrics (with two chord types) on a single screen. It was cluttered, but worked. So, yes.
Man, I so want to move to this format for our church. Do you know what the reasoning is for having the cloud pro? That is the real killer in the pricing of things. I think we could swing it in our budget, but we would have to really cut from other sources to make it happen.
Since I made this tutorial, I cancelled cloud pro and it kept working so I don’t think it’s necessary after all.

@@joeriley192 I believe cloud pro unlocks pre made lyric cues for the playback app. - Spencer
