We use praise charts for sheet music, i open the file on our Mac and then I zoom in on a section of the song (verse, chorus) then do a screen shot of the section. I made a template for our stage monitor with the chord chart taking 3/4 of the screen and then I split the top 1/4 with the current screen lyrics on the top left and next slide lyrics on top left. Once I got use to it I can do a song in about 5 minutes.
