Is how this man can catch the weight so low, ass on his ankles almost. Then proceed to just power through it that deep in the pocket. Good stuff as usual man, truely an inspiration.

Clarence, I'm 54 and I'm getting back into this again. I'm going to quit the bar everyday and go to the gym twice a day. I think the early session will be weightlifting and the second will be focusing on asthetics/mass-building.
