      Dieing in your 20's looks different than dieting in your 50's and 60's. Insulin resistance heals better with intermittent fasting. @@chuckleezodiac24

      He can, he just doesn't want to, because not having timestamps kind of forces you to watch the whole video. I don't have time to watch long videos that don't have timestamps. I skim some of the comments and the transcript instead, then I downvote the video for not having timestamps. He could even have AI generate timestamps for him.

    Slow consistency of health awareness. Losing fat quickly releases toxins stored into the fat cells. Slow will help body to get rid of toxins.😊

    She is 100% wrong about there not being misinformation in the world. Yes, there is valid information that can be interpreted in different ways based on the knowledge of the interpreter, but there is also real “misinformation” that may or may not be intentional, but is still dead wrong no matter how you slice it.

      That’s dangerous advice for many people. I agree that some meat is necessary, but for those more sensitive to saturated fat intake, they need to be more careful. Everybody is different.

    Fasting for people who are obese is a useful tool to drop fat. Muscular people who only need to drop a few pounds should eat more protein

    Dhru had on multiple guests that praised IF and he agreed with them, and now that this guest is against it, he’s all, you’re totally right. If he keeps flip flopping to agreeing with whatever the current guest says, how can we trust anything he says? Dhru should challenge his guests with information provided from previous guests, or even have 2 guests at the same time with opposing views. You learn a lot more from debates than these one sided conversations. Regardless, while it’s a good interview independently, it makes him lose credibility.

      The latest research shows that IF isn't better for you than eating at normal times. He should change his opinion as results of the research change.

    I think to advertise what you take is unprofessional. Please don’t forget there are very complex issues with supplements. To advice could harm others irrespective of the good intentions.

      Vegans can easily get protein from plant sources. Many animals only eat plants, and they have a lot of muscle. Gorillas, which one may argue is a close relative, are some of the strongest animals on the planet, and they are herbivores.

    • @N30HuM4n
      @N30HuM4n 28 днів тому

      @iemjay 30 seconds of research would tell you why that is. We don't synthesize protein the same way gorillas do.
