No way that 'red part' is passionfruit. Never seen anything like that in a variety of passion fruits here in Australia.
On the whole the second restaurant looked FAR superior to the actual Michelin star rated place - Hokkien looked so pretentious
last place's chef was bored AF peeking in from the window HAHA is he really going to eat that whole chili in one bite? hilarious
do they really need earpieces? it strikes me as somewhat unsanitary
Why would an ear piece be unsanitary? I think it just looks weird.
