i always liked watching your videos and finally i want to give you a huge thanks. Not only do i like food also looking at the people behind it. Its a lot of inspiration and Thanks again for the insight! Have a nice day and keep it up.
Looks so great...actually my room is 3mins from this restaurant, but not yet tried (coz of money problem as a student!)...I must go before I leave here👍
Surprised he didn't use a food mill after adding that panade. Thus it's not a soup but a ragu. That's a lot of cheese too. Must be a starter, not a soup course. So simple, and probably tasty, just over priced peasant food.
Do you see any meat? then it s not a ragù. All italian food is peasant food based from poor ingredients, still better than whatever is eaten in your country.
Over the years, I've had it on more than one occasion in Tuscany. It's peasant food and when it's served in a bowl it makes more sense. If you ever have a chance to eat it, I think you'll find it's delicious.
@@c.f.sedgwick1885 I'm sure it's great as a soup, it's just weird what they made out of it here. I'm sure mozzarella is super tasty and fresh but that's still a big ball of cheese with a little bit of thick sauce.
Nah, not really. Beef is expensive everywhere, in Italy too. Btw. once you're past 25 and the desperate need to impress your mates with your eating habits you'll realise you can actually try other things than steaks, you won't become a lesser man.

One thing I’ve noticed in this Italian playlist is the kitchens are spotlessly clean
I love Sienna - can’t wait to visit again… best people and food!

Очень интересный рецепт, класс. Спасибо Aden за видио.! 👍
italian cookings are so simple. that means it is impossible to make it the same taste
No mention of the tomatoes. Tinned?
As always in Italy
@@424dsfdsfdsfs No fresh ;)
Most likely San Marzanos, only the best.
@@424dsfdsfdsfs you do not have any idea about food in Italy... not a single idea
@@chefmike4414 sure? now you want to be a guru of italian food?
Looks tasty. I won't call it a soup however...
ДНК в блюде от облизанной ложки - это комплимент от шеф-повара :)
исходя из итальянца (я) и некоторого класса, даже моя бабушка делает это
Only watched about halfway, did he ever taste it?.
He tasted several times, but only after adding salt. He probably knows what he's doing by now 😊
@@chefmike4414 ive watched a few chefs in my time.
Yes twice same spoon
@@julie4n4lLvr you guys have got to stop counting >.>
Good hat
I hate that metal spoon!i would us a wooden one
Mestolo di legno è vietato nei ristoranti italiani. Accumulo di batteri. Chi lo usa rischia pesanti sanzioni in caso di controllo
Ohh the humanity 🙄
Nice. I would too, and get a pan with a flat base, for god's sake 😅
@Rolden__210_1 Interesting, I didn't know that (if it's true). Use a silicone spatula then, Dios Mios 😂
We hate you and do not ask for a wooden stupid
Where is the soup…..
Soggy bread?
La ricetta prevede pane immerso nella zuppa di pomodoro. Una ricetta della tradizione italiana
but you are more soggy of stupidity soup

you are so lightly in your opinons. No idea of anything. Go to a Mac donalds I am sure you are so happy then

Were you humming in that video? Very distracting ☹
That's not even a soup
Also full ball of mozarella and a spoonful of this "soup" with bread in it, then even more bread on the side
Wth is this
its italian. Simple but it shines through its quality. (hopefully:)

I couldn't agree more. He took a simple but excellent dish and made it a side element to a disjointed, probably very expensive, "gourmet" dish.
Nice recipe, however, a metal spoon on an aluminum pot is a big no no.
before you speak.... inform yourself
Cannot use any other spoon but metal in italy. that s the law. but people like talking shit
This is laughable amount of food probably costs like 2 good steaks
What a unit of measurement
