I've been doing Yoga for Men for nearly a year and always focused more on Flo's leg-based routines so I figured this would be easy... whoops! This was incredibly difficult, but also totally amazing!! Thank you Bri! Can't wait for the next one!!
Whoops! Just commented on the wrong video ... Love this routine eventhough it is too hard for me. I have weak legs and hips. I do this routine every 3rd or 4th day. I hope to one day do warrior 3 without benchtop assistance.. Bless you both and congratulations on the soon to be little hooman! Namaste.

I followed Embark then Ignite programs and now doing beginners ritual on 30days. This one is out of reach for me! As I read below "wildly challenging!" would be my rating! 🤣

I would love to know what Ican do to warm up my feet for poses like warrior 3, i can hold, but sometimes is more challenging and would like to give my feet a lil love. hope you see my comment and thank you for your videos :---)
Definatly one of the most fun, but still challenging leg Workouts i've had in years.. I love the Mix between stretching and strengthening that yoga offers and you did great to include both parts and Mix them into a wonderful practice.. Thank you very much. Im gonna come back to this often ❤️
Are you planning more leg videos in the future? I tend to get really sore shoulders after daily practices. Maybe too much stress on my arms and not enough recovery?
I think this is my new favorite.. My legs are shaking. >.< And I think I know now, why I sometimes get so angry and agressive in some poses/classes, which always worried me a bit. The feeling of lack of strength, leaves me with a light panic and desperation. I think it triggers my fear of helplessness and weakness when striving for something. odd what a yoga lesson can bring up. Am I alone with this? 😅
first time user friendly note: stretch torso before engaging in exercise, will help with balancing and feeling the length of stretch in the more difficult poses.
