- Take 25 minutes to cultivate a peaceful mind and strong body with this fluid morning vinyasa flow and meditation class. Wake up your body and balance your mind to shape your day in a beautiful way. We start with some warming yoga exercises, strengthen the body, and then move more dynamically through some standing yoga poses, before we wind down with some yoga stretches, relax, and take a few minutes for a calm meditation. It’s a full body yoga flow that you can do as your everyday morning yoga / morning routine. Hope you enjoy it 🧡

Lovely flow Jenny! I know it was intended for the morning but I mostly practice yoga later in the day, around 10-11pm and it was awesome nonetheless. 💖 Maybe one day I'll be able to function like a normal human in the morning but until then, I'll embrace my night owl nature. 🦉🌚 I appreciate your work so much.

This felt incredibly amazing, thank you so much! I loved the meditation at the end, as someone who's wanting to take up meditation, don't like the contant talking of guided meditations but still wants someone to "hold my hand" through it... it was perfect! Hope you make more space for short meditations like that at the end of your morning practices... either way, thank you for making my day brighter!
