The Catch and Cook is so good. I have purchased it a couple times now and whenever I make fish for people they always have nothing but good things to say! Thanks for making a wicked product!

Making me jealous with the j rap bite. Had one of the best weeks of my life on a hot jigging rap bite on lake of the woods last September. It’s an addicting bite for sure

Josh McFadden is my cooking inspiration as well. The stuff that guy whips up in the wild is unreal! Great seeing you grow Jay, I know Catch and Cook will be a big thing once you get it marketed well. Looking forward to more, as always.

Firstly, I'm proud to support a fellow Canadian. I'm at the bottom end of the province. We will have to hang out one day and catch some fish and lemme cook for ya.
Secondly, I drove to the Toronto Sportsman show today and found out I can buy Catch and cook there......I can't wait for dinner this week! :D

Drying your fillets before beer batter application is a must for better results Jay. Full length clothing also for the chef….

Just so everyone knows the catch and cook batter makes anything fried taste phenomenal, from walleye to mallard duck puts fish crisp in the dirt

In 1999 I was driving from Ottawa to Banff and on my second day on the road we stopped in Kenora for lunch. I thought to myself this is a place I want to retire. It’s absolutely beautiful there. Planning on making my way back soon and hopefully I can get some fishing in. Thanks for the videos Jay

Just bought crunchy and spicey at my local scheels. Great flavor.
Only suggestion would be a resealable bag especially if cooking remotely.
    Good job guys.

Personally I make my own batter AP flour, rice flour, baking powder bit of salt. The nice thing about a premix like Catch and Cook compared to most homemade batters is the consistency, you follow the instructions or slightly tweak them to your preference you should get the same result every time. Considering that the walleye wasn't pre dredged the batter held on pretty solid.

To help keep the coating on it helps to dust it with a little dry mix first, but that obviously takes away from the simple one bag, one pan idea.

Definitely run it through some flour first then into the beer batter. Works 100 times better.
