I recently went out to a little restaurant and ordered a fish burger which was so bad it got me thinking that I had to make my own and I'm bloody happy that I did cause this thing blocked me up..

Yo Field Days. Have you considered doing an episode in a forest? Would be interesting to see how you handle a new environment like that! Not sure how much knowledge you have about different biomes, but I think it would be a nice challenge

Fishburgers usually made by Junk..I know because I am a chef.
BUT!! When you use Quality ingredientes, it became another Level!!!!
U should slice the fish soooo nice and make a whole burger meet from it..put it in the pan on a slice of butter and leave it for 1.5 min..after turn it around and put it on bitter again in the pan but put some butter on the top of it and give salt now!!!!
Buns must be toast on butter and after it just put some garlic joghurt on it with few slices of sour cucumber (maximum 5 slices) and few dropps of lemon on the top!!!!! Taste and lets talk about a restaurant. ☝🤗

Good tip for burgers bud when the fish/burger is cooking put the cheese slice on top on last few seconds before taking it off and you’ll have beautiful melted cheese when you go to bite into it…10/10 tho looks incredible x
Try some smokes paprika when your seasoning fish. Great aroma and gives amazing color
