Anyone else hate it when charles does this? It's not funny to me just creepy that he's acting as if amy is just a tool to use for pregnancy whenever Jake wants and that Amy doesnt seem to get a say. Also he's way too personal which ik is apart of his character but there are parts where he takes it overboard like when they were searching for the criminal with the thermal goggles.

Underrated Moment: In "Gintars" when Charles talks to Jake about being adoptive parents to Nikolaj I always thought this episode explains the complexity being adoptive parents very well
Part of what makes the proposal so great is that the writers kept it a surprise right up until that moment. The show didn't spend weeks teasing it and ruin the surprise, they didn't make it obvious what was happening, we were finding it out as Amy did, and that's what made it feel so real, in a lot of ways. It's also cool going back and rewatching the episode and picking up on little clues, like how Jake was so desperate to win the heist so that his proposal could go off without any problems, just as he planned it.
Br99 is the only show I've seen till now which even in its long run, has never introduced stuffs like jealousy, casual flirting while being committed, cheating etc. Jake was happy with Sophia while he was with her and also Amy didn't show any interest in him when she was dating that creep police guy... forgot his name😅. And no third person has come till now since they confessed. I'm pretty sure it's gonna remain the same. Can't believe this season got ended such quickly😩

The best part of B99's main love story is not its comic angle or amazingly well fitting male and female leads... rather it's the fact that B99 is most probably the only show to portray a love story in a real sense - without the constant Ross & Rachel type on and off nonsense, without the unnecessary relationship / breakup drama, without the whole stretching the process of them getting together (unlike many shows - even Lucifer), without any ego issues between the characters and without any complications. The reason B99 and Peraltiago are so appealing to fans is their simplistic and realistic approach and the growth of each character as individuals, as pairs and as part of a bigger group.
I wish the vid included the moment Jake set up the restaurant date between Kevin and Holt. Shows how Kevin started to trust the nine-nine and understand why his husband likes them
