How dare they cut the "Who did this to you? Where is he?" when Dwight comforts Pam. That's my all-time fav moment!
which episode was that?
Yuyuko Sheeta when Michael comes back from Jamaica and everyone finds out Jan went with him.

The airport scene - Jenna was actually telling Steve how much she appreciated him
The 9,986,000 minutes song - Steve had no idea that they were going to sing that
And the scene with the teapot card - John Krasinski actually wrote Jenna what their friendship meant to him
It really just tells you how close the cast was
Which is funny, because that is the base of the show. A slow growth of people connecting.
It really is a real show, it’s not acting
I've never seen any kind of confirmation from official sources regarding the second fact. Tried to search for it and everything. Where have you heard it from? I know the teapot scene was discussed in the Office Ladies podcast, and I'm still going through the episodes so I don't know if they talked about the last dundies scene, but they haven't even reached the season where Steve leaves yet. I always see people talking about this tidbit like it is universally known but I've never seen anyone from the production team or from the cast actually saying it. Would love to be proved wrong, though, that is such a heartwarming story
@@menoguchi I watched a video discussing the moments that were real and I already knew the teapot scene and airport scene was real from office ladies , the video mentioned those too, so I assumed since they had two true facts the third one was too
Also watching the scene back again I can definitely look at his face and emotions and see Steve Carrell and not Micheal Scott
The information might be false but that emotion looks really genuine
@@menoguchi in an interview with Entertainment Weekly Jenna Fischer said "......., in the episode where we all sang to Steve the goodbye song, we all rehearsed that without him for a couple of days, and so the first time he heard it was when we sang it to him on camera, so his emotions there were real."
When Michael said “that is our building, and we sell paper.” I suddenly couldn’t see the screen for all my tears.
Stanley, you're... crying?

My favorite quote from this show is definitely when Andy says “I wish you’d know when you were in the good old days before the good old days are done” I think about it all the time
Omg same.it's a quote I'll never forget cause it shows we need to live in the moment. It's good to look back at good times and memories, and plan your future, but we need to see what we have right now.
Dalton Chitko omg that’s feels right there
Same it melts my heart when I hear Andy say
Technically the quote is: "I wish there was a way to know you're in the good old days before you've actually left them" but still all the feels
Kara Paul i'm so glad you corrected them lol i was about to pop off
It annoys me people actually hate Pam as a character, she’s literally the heart of the show and half of these heartwarming scenes are her and Jim
She's the proof that being ordinary or being "regular" is also beautiful to be...
Who hated Pam's character? News to me. I certainly never did.
@@davidl570 I'm only guessing but i think season 8 or 9 she caught some heat when her relationship with Jim hit a rough patch.
@@bb-zg3nf Okay, thanks for the info!
Agree
It's so touching how Pam went from being almost disappointed that Michael showed up - to being so grateful for him being there and genuinely appreciating her creativity. In 6 words he said more to her than Roy ever did.
So true that scene was one of the best
“My God, these could be tracings”?
@@keatonterry Thanks!
“Your art was the best art of all the art.”
At least her art was the prettiest of all the art
Micheal being so excited about Pam’s paintings is my all-time favourite scene. It’s one of the first times Micheal is seen as an actual good person and it’s just so sweet and heartwarming.
Michael*
Other then when he gives all the candy to the kids on one of the first episodes
Yes he has great depth as a character. Of course he's rude and has zero filter when it comes to just saying anything that pops into his head and is kind of an ass sometimes but in his awkward way he loves all his co-workers.
Especially since just prior to that scene he had his heart ripped out by Ryan at business school.
Yeah but he genuinely loved the drawings because of his childlike mind
First person Jim contacted when finding out he was a Dad was Dwight.
Im not trying to ruin this moment but at first I thought it said when finding out he was dwights dad
Just Cruz not really Jim called Dwight and told him to send I the substitute players cause they where playing volleyball and Pam Injured herself and that why there at the hospital
Matthew Carrillo Bruh we know, fr just stfu
Let’s not make it more meaningful or dramatic than it was. 😆 Geez.
I felt honored to be the first person called about that matter.
The tears in Jim's eyes after they found out they were having a baby... my heart. It was so real.
I love that the first person he called was Dwight.
they're both amazing actors, awesome.
This scene makes me want to cry every time. So happy:)
Actually John Krasinski had a baby with Jenna Fischer for that moment, just such dedicated actors.
It's not real it's a tv show
I love when Pam says something like "Most kids think their parents are soulmates, mine are gonna be right about that".
Always gets me
No because that’s the line that stuck out to me the most in the whole show. That whole scene. It set my standards for the kind of love I should be looking for. It was such a tearjerker.
Saddest moment:
Creed saying "see you tomorrow boss" when Michael is leaving.
Saddest moment: Kevin dropping his chilli
hOi! i'm Temmie 😭😭

I cried when Michael said bye to Jim
😭😭fr
you forgot Michael telling Erin to go to her room after realising she sees him as her dad
That was a great scene

That's on the "saddest Office moments" video they posted. Vice versa the comments on that video have people looking for all the moments on this video.
When Jim clearly says, “I’ve gotta tell Dwight,”, when Pam and the doctor tell him he’s gonna be a daddy is absolutely beautiful
I think it was just about the volleyball game, not telling him they're having a baby
@@gisselgonzalez8276 still it's nice to think that his first thought afterwards was to tell his worst enemy, well actually they have a really charming back and forth but
Yeah it was because Dwight was stalling the basketball game for them until they returned 😅
@@DirtySoulsTV dwight wasnt the worst enemy. Jim was his best friend.
@@hashenkavinda1272 I wanna know what made them stop being friends specifically, cos Jim and Dwight used to be friends until Jim started relentlessly pranking him
When Jim joins in the kareoke, the moment he does Michael gets so happy and he actually starts singing better
One of the kindest things that Jim ever did.
When Dwight sees Pam crying in the hallway and the first thing he says is “Who did this to you? Where are they?” . My favorite
This needed to be said 😌
who hurt you😡 i love him haha
Yesssssss
its makes me cry everytime
agreed, meanwhile Dwight doesn't need to show emotion. But when it comes to pam, Dwights emotions become clear.
Ryan: "You helped me get off drugs"
Creed: "I watch you when you sleep"
We have all heard it a million times but still made lol when I read your comment 😄
Good ol' creed

Dwight putting his arm around Pam and beginning to cry with her, because seeing her sad breaks his heart... The sweetest thing!
"Who did this to you? Where is he?"
“so you’re PMS’ing pretty bad, huh?”
That reminds me of the Viewing Party episode from season 7 where Pam tries to put Cece to sleep and it wasn’t until Dwight held her in his arms and almost immediately she stopped crying and fell asleep only to have Pam come to the realization that Cece loves Dwight. Since then I’ve wondered if they’ve ever given any thought about a potential relationship involving Cece and Phillip just to make Dwight and Jim brother-in-laws. It’s been my biggest fan theory since The Office (US) was canceled.
@@MrPeepington 😂😂😂
Tying his suit jacket around his waist like an old sweatshirt instead of putting it on her shoulders will always be an iconic Dwight
Look at Pam’s smile when Jim asked her out to dinner as a date, in that moment right there she saw herself getting married to that guy, having kids and growing old together for the rest of their lives. That look is so precious🥺
Very true
Every girl deserves that moment :)
Timing finally “got right.”
It's a show 😑
@@DSN007 it is?
Oscar asking Angela to live with him is one of the best scenes in The Office. It shows that The Office is so much more than comedy, it's about character development and friendships (and romantic relationships too but that's obvious).
Elisha So I agree completely. It is a heart-warming show at times.
Wait until you know it’s all scripted
Seif Bouanik wait what
And it's immediately followed by heartbreaking scene with Angela breaking down in Oscar's car. These 2 scenes are some of my favorite in the whole series
It is one of the highlights of Season 9. Even the whole show. Right when Angela is finally getting her come-uppance Oscar shows her compassion.
How about when Michael is really sad in his empty condo but then the kids come trick or treating and he is really cheerful in front of them and gives them a lot of candy
I love feeding children candy.
That's the scene that made me fall in love with his character
@@michaelgscott7370 thank you OG Mike
YES THANK YOU that's one of my favourite scene
what episode?
The moment Oscar offers Angela a place to stay always makes me tear up, it's refreshing to see this realness and generosity in a dynamic with a non-romantic duo
And then she asked if he would accept animals. She litteraly killed it 🤣

I think it might be Livin' the Dream (Season 9 Episode 21) but I'm not 100% sure
Michael befriending Sasha, Toby's daughter, is one of my favorite scenes. Michael is all frozen and awkward at first, thinking he has no way to relate to some kid he doesn't know. But they immediately bond over his collection of toys and soon she's giggling and then he asks if she already has a godfather, which is so precious! Michael would make an amazing uncle or godfather.
But he felt nothing when cuddled Jan's child. That broke my heart.
"Why be a father when you can be a fun uncle?"
-Michael Scott
"Having Luke here is a pretty big deal for me. Because his mother, who also happens to be my half sister, kind of cut me off from that side of the family fifteen years ago--fourteen. The last time I saw Luke, was the opening day of Ace Ventura 2. And that was '95. So yes, fifteen years on the dot. [long pause] Anyway, I lost him in a forest."
@@rakusin is there a clip of that somewhere?
@@rockycuro7737 tried to find it but couldn't help. It's the episode when Jan goes with the baby to Dunder Mifflin for the first time and Michael meets her. He takes Astrid in his arms and then gives her to other person and says to camera "I didn't feel a thing" or something like that.
Steve carrel actually had no idea about the goodbye song and those tears were real. That wasn’t acting he was actually so upset about leaving all of his friends and this amazing show that when they surprised him with that song that was his real reaction. That just shows how much he really cared about them in real life.
MaddieP74 will Ferrell didn’t know either, that was his real reaction too 😂

**banjo starts playing**
This show was willing to do something that most acts of cinematography aren’t. When people were sad, or emotional, or their hearts were full, we saw real emotion. Not Hollywood’s version of “attractive crying,” we saw red eyes, real feeling reactions. And to me, that makes this show very special
So true!!!
Yes Jenna Fischer and John K should win emmys for their eyes alone!
What I love so much about this show is that it shows platonic friendships between men and women. Like Dwight and Phyllis, Oscar and Angela or even Erin and Michael.
to be fair, Michael and Erin are more of a found family dynamic.
@@babymilksnatcher But it's not romantic, which is what makes it so nice.
read the initial comment again…Michael & Erin are like a father daughter type. Angela & Oscar, well we know Oscar is gay so I’d say Dwight & phyllis or Dwight & Pam
God I hate that word shut up. It's just called being friend you weirdo
Also Stanley & Phyllis they are besties
Jim finds out he’s a dad to be and immediately calls Dwight.
They were playing volleyball before this, with Scranton vs Corporate. He told Dwight to send in the subs, cause they weren't going to be back in time to finish the game. But yes, Dwight and Jim are the true love story of The Office hahaha.
@@cb4sn134 no he told him to do it because he found out Pam was pregnant

How is Jim's last interaction with Micheal where he says "Save it for tomorrow when we have lunch tomorrow and I'll tell you what an amazing boss you are" not on here? Talk about a tear jerker!
But was it wholesome? It was more sad but I get your point!
@@namjooningfr I would consider it because it was Jim thanking Michael for being the best boss he ever had. I think that would be very heart warming and wholesome!
The whole "Goodbye Michael" episode should be in here
missing: jim telling michael he's the best boss he ever had.
Yes that should have been added I agree
I guess if we add those clips as well, we may get more than 30 minutes of wholesome footage.
The conversation just before micheal leave should be there..
I cried after seeing that
Dwight telling his feelings to Angela too
No one is mentioning how Angela grew as a person. She humbled herself and became accepting, and in the end she showed love to all of them
JuJuBee 12 ikkk when Oscar and her had such a wholesome moment
yeah
I felt like angela's arc was rushed compared to Michael's, jim's, or Pam's arc. I mean even when she was broke she was still sassy
John Carlo Canizl she was independent and not used to opening up to people. She was still defensive but not to lash out, just because she didn’t want people feeling her pain. When she grabbed Oscar‘s hand it showed she really appreciated his gesture.
@@bigblue207 yeah i guess your right but...i feel it was rushed. Sure she changed but it's too rushed, its just a couple of episodes and then a time jump... In short it's rushed they couldn't match Dwight, or Michael, or Jim or Pam's arcs
You forgot the scene where Pam and Jim are kissing and Dwight looks up at them from the rearview mirror from his car and then just smiles. one of the most purest scenes in my opinion
Do you happen to remember which season/episode this was in?
What’s amazing is that Michael isn’t trying to exaggerate his emotions at all when he compliments Pam’s art. He genuinely thinks she’s a great artist, and that makes the scene so heartwarming
When a persons words has weight , without intending. It’s the most powerful. This is when they Found Micheal’s character . And ran with it

Sometimes Pam was kinda mean to Michael
The scene where Jim goes to Michael’s office on his last day and tells him “Best boss ever” is one of my favourites
Somewhere in the behind the scenes footage John talks about filming this scene. I don't have a link but it's really sweet and worth a watch

"That is our building. And we sell paper"

I love the scene where Andy stands up to Robert and explains how everyone in the Office should be on the right side of his list. Probably my favourite Andy as manager scene

The scene where he helps Darryl after the warehouse won the lottery was a pretty good scene too
I hate every scene Andy bernard is in
@@SARSYO1 post S3 and pre S9 Andy Barnard is my favourite character
most underrated one: michael saying he’s not erins dad and when she starts crying he tells her to go to her room. gets me everytime
Daniel Massey also I realized Erin hates holly at the beginning because she’s kind of protective of him
@@calewitmer5001 You need to watch again with the thought that Erin is a dog. She's loyal, obedient, excitable and gets super worried when someone she cares about is hurt.
mhm

It hurts even more because Erin never had a father figure.
I think Michael underneath his annoying and obnoxious personality is a sweet, caring, and nice person. I think because Michael was bullied as a child, he was taught that it was cool to be obnoxious and was taught that saying rude jokes was cool and funny. Its when Holly shows up that he realizes that being a nice person is cooler than being the way he is. Which is just amazing, character building. I always thought the show was the growth of Michael. Every season he usually becomes more and more of a better person right up until he leaves, when his character is complete. And I think mostly Jim and Pam realize that Michael was really a good person.
Absolutely.
dwight also thought highly of michael. i remember when he was angry michael didnt give him manager position but got all softened up when he read the letter michael left him. he was so overjoyed when michael made it to his wedding
i break down crying every single time michael shows up at the door frame for dwight’s wedding. EVERY TIME.
I swear I ugly cry everytime
I love that when he leaves the show and when he returns for Dwight’s wedding his lines are the same “that’s what she said” 🥲

One scene I didn't see mentionned in the comments is when Dwight gets dumped by Angela and at some point, leaves his desk to go cry in the stairs (the same episode they go on Jim and Pam go to the bed and breakfast at the beet farm). Jim following him and just being sincere, honest, supportive and a friend to him at that moment was just heartwarming. If Jim hadn't left so soon, Dwight could have reciprocated in his vulnerability.
One of the best! And throughout that episode, you can see that Jim is quietly concerned about Dwight (as was Pam), and that he was the only one who was able to get Dwight functioning in his normal, abrasive manner. I love the 'Money' episodes.
De hecho, creo que el que Jim se marchara fue una muestra más de aprecio. Teniendo en cuenta el caracter de Dwight, creo que Jim le evitó hacer algo de lo que después se hubiera arrepentido.

To me, Michael being happy that his "children" are all getting married is such a strong scene. Steve Carell played that SO well. Just a hint of breaking in his voice.
Michael can be horrible sometimes, but when he showed up to Pam's art gallery, that was the sweetest thing ever. The funny thing is he was probably the last person she expected to come. And it was so sweet cuz he said sorry I'm late, but nobody else was there so she probably didn't care that he was late. She was just happy that he came

When Michael say's Pam "that is our building" i feel he is really saying "that is our home because you are my family" and that is beautiful...
I love how the only person who came and actually admired Pam’s art (Oscar came and talked bad about it which made Pam feel bad so it doesn’t count) was Michael, and the only person that came to the airport to say the last goodbye to Michael was Pam. Pam was the only person who truly understood Michael, she was like a daughter to him, she always was there for him, and though they didn’t always get along, Pam’s really the only person that Michael showed his sweet side to, not making jokes, just being nice because he truly loves her, I dont know why I just think they had such an amazing relationship it’s awesome.

I love how they act petty against each other and pretend to hate each other and they bother each other all the time but when one of them is hurting almost every time without fail the entire office is there to help them out and get them through
Jim and Dwight are a great example of this. Jim was fine with the pranks, but when Dwight had a concussion, he dropped everyting to get him medical assistance.
@@Musicienne-DAB1995 yup, even when he found out Robert California was gonna fire him he made sure Dwight wouldn’t be fired regardless of how Dwight was treating him
Like when they were all making (or pretending to make) Andy get the tattoo and they settle on Nard dog.
I hate it when no one turns up, especially in real life. It really sucks, and it does hurt. I was so happy when Michael turned up for Pam. 🙏
These scenes would be nothing if the actors weren’t so great.
Big Dog correct me then
Big Dog how should i say tho?
Big Dog Alright mr professor it isn’t my native language and i’m learning it. Will you tell me my mistake, please?
Garik Israyelyan ok, I got you, man. It’s not like I’m some kind of language guru, but I think you can say “these scenes wouldn’t be half as good as they are, if actors weren’t that talented”
Diana Milkovich I was just trying to understand what exactly was incorrect in that sentence. Thank you very much though, I’ll definitely use your phrase in future🙏🏼
why is no one talking about how angela and oscar’s relationship developed in the last season 🥺
Cause it pales in comparison to the others... don't make every understated thing out there to be a gem
@@jaydeepbose4501 nah their relationship was one of the best things of the last few seasons. It was really well done and fun
Jaydeep Bose people like different things, maybe they just really enjoyed watching Oscar and Angela. No need to put them down.
@@jaydeepbose4501 Angela went from being disgusted by Oscar's sexuality to having him be the godfather of phillip, if that's not character development then I have no idea what is
I never watched that. After Steve Carrel left I watched none of the episodes other than the finale.
To quote someone else, "9:39 the only time Will Ferrell should have kept his mouth shut" and to paraphase someone else "Dwight should have been the one singing the way Will Ferrell was"
The final episode when Michael comes back after being gone for 2 seasons to be Dwight's ""Bestest Mench" is amazing but nothing can top the episode when Michael shows up to Pam's art exhibit for me. Every time I see it, it just hits me right in the feels.
"That is our building, and we sell paper." So frikkin deep.
It’s even deeper when you realize that the price of art was made on paper
That's what she said :-P
On par with “It’s not called Schittsville. It’s called Schitt’s Creek and it’s where we live.”
- Eugene Levy from Schitt’s Creek
To be honest, just finished watching Schitt’s Creek and it’s easily on the same level as The Office.
@@joehamersly1050 nope never office will always win
@@PatrickMahomes15Chiefs I’m from Scranton, PA, and The Office is literally the most interesting thing to happen to Scranton since the coal mining days. The Office is definitely a hit, but narratively it really suffers after Michael leaves. Then it’s tolerable at best until the finale. I’m not saying one is better than the other; I’m simply saying Schitt’s Creek is equally stellar and is something to watch if you don’t want to get Peacock and watch The Office.
What about the scene of Dwight crying when Angela isn’t into him, only for Jim to comfort him in the stairwell, or when Dwight defends Pam during that Jamaica episode or Michael’s proposal to Holly, or Jim and Michael’s goodbye, or Jim and Michael talking on the boat or a lot of Jim and Michael scenes
IjuanSena2169 or when Angela is crying over her cat and Michael goes “oh no sprinkles?” And then is sad to. It really shows how much he cares about the people he works with
Jim talking to Dwight about marrying Angela, Jim's marriage plan, (in my opinion it may not be to other people) Dwight finally getting the position of manager.
Or when pams parents got divorced and she is talking to jim about what he said to her dad
This needs a part 2
That part was epic
I love that Michael’s last words were “that’s what she said” 😂
How Dwight always was deep down protective of Pam was always pretty cool.
You missed the "When you're a kid, you assume your parents are soulmates." "My kids are gonna be right about that." That was pretty hard! (That's what she said =D)
or that’s what he said. get it? cause of *gay* =D
I cried at that part. The best moment in the whole show (In my opinion)
Omgg yess my all time fav of Jim n Pam
ha! that's what she said
That whole plot was done perfectly because they build that Jim said something terrible about relationships or about Pam and then the slow reveal of the fact that Jim told her dad that he always knew she was his soulmate makes me literally feel how much the actors became these characters. John and Jenna might not be in love in real life but they do have a deep emotional connection to their characters and their relationship. It’s a masterful demonstration of what happens when two actors portraying a romantic relationship BECOME their characters
It’s the Oscar and Angela scene for me. They’re both such cold and awkward characters, but they have an amazing connection. The senator drove a wedge between them, but they overcame it together. Angela had a baby to support, and her ex husband had thrown her out on the streets. Oscar wasn’t going to let her go through that alone. They had one of the best storylines in the show in my opinion.
It especially warms my heart to see how Angela had been judgemental and cruel towards him because of her religion, but overcame that and saw him as a person first, then a friend, and by then his sexual orientation doesn’t matter. It’s so beautiful, this show is actually genius writing.
I love how Phyllis and Angela make up (and years of party planning squabbles) in the Finale as well. Phyllis carries Angela to the wedding
Yeah. That moment when she reaches out for his hand and says ‘thank you’ always brings tears to my eyes
I loved the moment where kevin stood up both for angela and oscar to the senator..
Deadass commented the same thing in a different format lol. I agree!!
I’m rewatching the whole series now. This is just an entirely perfect show. When Michael found out Pam and Jim got engaged and went to tackle Jim with excitement, my heart exploded. Michael Scott was the only manager for that office, head of the family, raised by the family ❤
I love the friendly gesturer that Oscar offers to Angela to stay with him, such a heartwarming moment, Shows how close the accounts team were.
Notice how Ryan isn’t in any heartwarming scene.
Because he started the fire.
Stanley, Phyllis, Kelly, Toby...?
Well, he's at least glad Michael got Ryan off drugs
propably cause he abandoned his own baby and kelly was fine with it
@@46chambersoflife probably wasn't his baby. he was crafting a sympathetic, dramatic backstory to entice kelly. he figured the baby would be returned by someone (a responsible pediatrician, perhaps?)
did anyone notice how Daryl is always fire on the piano.
He groovin
And he can sing!!!
DOUG JUDY
Dev Singh NINE NINE
Dev Singh you are my fire
12:26 I love how Jim does a classic Michael Scott "Aaah... Okay" before Michael comes into the room.
I absolutely love the office. It makes me feel a lot of raw emotions and also somehow manages to capture the realism of a workspace at the same time
Okay why is no one talking about how Creed says, “I watch you sleep.” In the goodbye song
Creed for president
Kitty 424 that’s just casual Creed
its normal for creed, no ones fazed anymore
Because it’s Creed
It was normal creed and all of it was so heartwarming it didn't matter.

One of the reasons this show touches hearts so much is that, to this day, the cast loves each other as real people, and that shined through on the show. They truly cared about each other and didn't have to pretend. That is rare, and part of what makes this show forever iconic. Additionally, so many of the cast are so much like their characters in real life. If only Pam and Jim had actually gotten married. LOL. Some of the back story admits that they at one time had feelings for each other, and almost became a real life couple. Jenna has admitted as much. Such an amazing show all around. May never be another that can make one laugh and cry like this one, all at once.
I'm somewhat a self-taught artist and I know the feeling when somebody actually loves the work you do when no other is caring about your work.
The way Michael appreciated the paintings of Pam, was so natural and so nice of him. Such a heartwarming moment. One of my best scenes.
Pam being able to meet Micheal before his flight was the most heartwarming scene hands down .
Yeah. :)
Where was she before that? They showed her going into a theater or something and the alibi was to pick up a new printer. I thought she was getting something for Michael’s going away party but they never really explained what happened.
tasnia islam I cried so hard
Agreed, that’s when I cried
Big Blue - She was getting Michaels cake
Pam saying the silent goodbye to Michael at the airport makes me cry the most 😭
Do you know that what she was telling him in the shot is that she is really going to miss him on the show and the tears were real.
philippe merrette yeah she actually was saying goodbye and that she would miss him on the show and that was improvised
philippe merrette I didn’t know that.
The next time I see it I will cry even more. It’s not the same but I feel the same way☮️
7:50
"I have to call Dwight"
I think it's funnk how Jim's mind works at such a confusing moment hahahaha
I LOVE Micheal getting so excited about Pam's drawings. Such a great scene!
Always love the moment when Jim cuts off his tie to make Pam feel better.
He sure had good moments with a scissors.
IKR he’s such a heartwarming person
