I tried this today due to lack of time for me to cook a balanced meal. And this turned out Delicious. I used plain curd as my dip. It was out of the box. Thank you so much for such a wonderful recipe with a correct blend of all flavors. Easy quick, Balanced, and healthy.

As you said we can have this also at night, this is totally wrong. One shouldn't have hight protein meal at night or before sleep. It slows down the digestion and increases the chances of stomach ache

Sattu and Besan are practically the same in nutritional value because Besan is powdered Gram Flour and sattu is powdered roasted gram flour.

I prefer this was as i use cast iron tawa and sattu, however you can adjust thickness to suit your preference. Hope this helps.
