    Looks like a great chilla! Besan is raw gram flour, and traditional sattu is roasted gram flour. Both are made from skinned Bengal gram, also called brown chickpea, Indian chickpea, desi chana, kala boota, etc. Both have equal amount of protein.
    There are other varieties of sattu drink mix available, often made from a mixture of grains and legumes, and sometimes even with added sugar. But traditional sattu atta is plain roasted gram flour. Similarly, besan made from other legumes like peas/matar is also available, but such varieties are explicitly named (matar besan, moong besan).

    I tried this today due to lack of time for me to cook a balanced meal. And this turned out Delicious. I used plain curd as my dip. It was out of the box. Thank you so much for such a wonderful recipe with a correct blend of all flavors. Easy quick, Balanced, and healthy.

    Sattu and Besan are practically the same in nutritional value because Besan is powdered Gram Flour and sattu is powdered roasted gram flour.

    OMG!i jst made it and had my breakfast yummy delicious out of the world the flavour of fresh palak was like Mmm’mmm…i m lov’in it..i ll make this batter for the whole week in advance ..thank you so much for this easy recipe..i hv added some extra grated paneer for more protein ..it was so crispy mam..

    As you said we can have this also at night, this is totally wrong. One shouldn't have hight protein meal at night or before sleep. It slows down the digestion and increases the chances of stomach ache

      I prefer this was as i use cast iron tawa and sattu, however you can adjust thickness to suit your preference. Hope this helps.
