Or there are customers who will buy something then expect us to spend the next 15 minutes explaining to them how to start using it. We are sales associates, not tech gurus (although, I do have an extensive knowledge of computers, but we don't modify their hardware for liability reasons). heck, someone wanted to buy something off of Walmart.com and wanted me to walk her through the entire ordering process. But, they weren't about to buy it. They just wanted to know how it worked. What's the likelihood that they would have remembered by the time they got home.
