I was at the show on Saturday, loved it, there weren’t as many fabric stalls as March but I still managed to purchase quite a lot. I purchased the Boucle from Roy in the khaki and rust colour, hoping to make a coat and possibly a vest as well out of each one. Never seen Becky’s sewing studio before, I purchased some of her labels and button’s as well. Look forward to seeing all you make x
Lovely vlog Claire I went to the NEC on Friday on the way back from a week in north wales.First time there enjoyed it. brought some material .Enjoy your week sewing🎉
Lovely vlog, Claire! I got very close to buying the teal boule from Roy's and I was eyeing up the black and white fat quarters too! Love both the fabrics from Sister Mintaka, especially the blue one. I didn’t spot it the day before - my credit card is probably grateful for that 😂. Xx
Lovely vlog Claire, the top you have on really suits you! I am off to the Knitting and Stitching show in Harrogate in a few weeks and am giddy already xx
Enjoyed hearing about your trip to the NEC. The Bertha cardigan is beautiful, ive made 6 of these so far but in viscose knits so they drape well, they are so useful for wearing over puff sleeves tops and dresses! Looking forward to seeing the Theas.
Hi Claire. Loved hearing about your day at the NEC. Fabrics are gorgeous and I can’t wait to see what you make with the. I love the TATB book. I’m constantly borrowing it from my local library and actually thinking that I should purchase it. Can’t wait to be over in the UK in February and while I’m pretty sure there won’t be any sewing fairs on in the middle of winter I will be hitting Goldhawk road when I’m in London. Also hoping to locate something in West Sussex where I’ll be staying with friends… Mr Hubbikins is already going grey at the gills anticipating what I will be bringing back with me! Have a great week and see you next vlog 😊
@@JulieH1958 haha, sounds like you’ll need an empty suitcase but how exciting. I’m not sure how far Merchant & Mills will be from where you’ll be staying but worth checking as that is based in Rye 😻
Lovely fabrics 😍
