Hey Jt, you can listen to the full episode on all major podcast apps! Spotify, Apple etc. Thanks so much for tuning in! If you have any other questions please let us know.
I’m 52 years old. I have been fallowing a HIT style workout now for some time… for the first time since my 20’s and early 30’s, I have a noticeable crease on my chest separating my pecs. That said, I workout 120-160 minutes per week, 3-4 workouts per week 🤷🏼♂️💪🏼
Can we get some content that isn't just on the current intensity hype train? I feel like it's over talked about and there's not much else to be said about it. It's the trendy topic on every natural bbing media the last year or so but it's certainly just a small part of training.
Absolutely Craig. It's a hot topic that's for sure. However, this is how Tom trains and it just happens to be that the last few guests train in this fashion! More on other topics to come and we appreciate your input.
It’s not hype, I do it and it works. The more you understand and read the more you realize volume is nonsense pushed by roided out bodybuilders. It’s all one big guessing game with volume, just so you can reach intensity with drawn out sets that have pauses. They’ll tell you to hit 5-10 sets for a muscle but never specify how many exactly, because they don’t know the exact intensity. Volume by itself will NOT stimulate growth, bodyweight squats will never get you big legs no matter how many you do. But take a single leg bodyweight squat to failure and suddenly you experience gains. Crazy how illogical volume training is. All volume training really is, is a long drawn out set with pauses until you get close to failure.
Where is the full video?

Its talked about a lot because people are finally waking up and realizing that high volume sucks and just leads to burnout, overtraining and injuries.
