I’m having sweet potatoe, green beans and potatoes while watching this and worked out for 30 min on bike. And so ready to lose this weight. The omelette looked nice. I’m hoping to lose another 60 pounds. And get my fitness in order.

I love me some good no meat recipes not that I’m a vegetarian/vegan. I just like easy to prep and make meals and meat is never something I do! I’d need an entire hour just disinfecting the entire kitchen and have a breakdown while doing it 😂

Love your videos, but do beware of microwaves and how they blow proteins to pieces. Read an article of it when in a chiropractors waiting room years ago, just after wife got diagnosed with cancer. We had been microwaving everything for over 10 years at that stage! When seeking to eliminating all causes and seeking out the most healthy solutions, we eliminated the MW Oven, and I even timed each vegetable in the steamer to its most optimum minimum cooking time with several timers. Certainly the level of nutrition and taste comes out in such healthy cooked just right and never too much.
In the article the proteins that normally are present within 20 to 30 mins of eating a meal were not found in the blood sample. They looked further and found the proteins were blown to bits. I remember hearing many popping sounds when the microwave oven cooks. Far too easy to overcook in a microwave oven. But with timers on conventional type ovens and steamers, it becomes systematic and accurate. And you just do as told when TINKERBELL rings her bell. (was a golden book kid)
So while carbs are for fuel and fats also for fuel, the proteins are for repairs and growth of the cells and without them in supply health issues arise. Ageing faster from lack of repair etc. Another facet is also the mind and emotions connection the body, and the effect of actually loving yourself with the feeling of it. This in research shows to heal telomeres, the ends of DNA proteins. This is only one of many aspects to reverse ageing and longevity.
So I have not used microwaves in years. Only on a few occasions where there was no alternative. Fast food you don't really know what you are getting, but hope for the best. An OVEN I did find good is the HALOGEN ovens. They are like glass bowl, portable, easy to clean, and do a steak in 20 mins on a slower cook or even slower 25 mins. But 20 seems good for me most times. I have two of them (got given one the day after I bought one) and do chips in one and steak or fish in the other. The slower cooked the steak, the more tender. With 200C being about 20 mins and 180C about 25 mins. This makes for good in motels that only have microwave ovens when in emergency accomodation from having lost all in the floods. Im just saying :D
