and just wanna let you know, that I am new to your channel and love watching your videos so far. You do represent the beauty of being authentic, chilled and honest. Sharing your personal experience is the best, so do I. Cheers from Germany
It’s been kinda hard eating well and exercising lately for different reasons (having exams, staying with others, being injured) but I feel like I’m getting back on track. Just did my first workout without pain after two months of recovering and (stupidly) trying and being super frustrated. I’ve really wanted to take this spring and summer to get fit for my hiking trip and while it sucks that it didn’t go as planned I’m thankful to move again. Been frequenting those walks lately and it’s something I’m gonna stick with even as I’m getting back to my usual training. Thanks for putting out content that is so relatable especially as someone who used to be very unfit. It’s still not very common and you talk about and approach fitness in a way that doesn’t make me feel bad about myself all the time. I’m no star athlete and I don’t look like a model but I’m moving and getting stronger and fitter and accepting myself more.
I had ramen yesterday after watching this video (a great way to eat more vegetables!). And I tried your banana toast this morning and it's awesome! (And I love wordle!) Thanks Lucy!!!
Hi Lucy, great to see you back. You exude positivity! Hey, one thing I’d love to know - what was that really great snippet of jazz you played at the very beginning when you were smashing your avocado? I loved it. The rest of the clip too, of course. Stay well!
I am just curious. Did you teach the whole handstand thing by yourself? You said, that you got your inspiration from UA-cam videos. I am impressed, as handstand practice needs a lot of effort but also patience.
hi. when you started your weight loss journey did you also go to the gym or did you only do workouts at home. Unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to go to the gym. Do you think it's possible to do it at home? Greetings Stefanie
Hi Stefanie, diet is more important than working when it comes to weight loss. Aim to eat healthier and, if possible, try to be more active in your limited position, even if that’s just going on a walk! But an improved diet and patience will get your far. Good luck!
@@zeekee5995 hi thanks for this answer. only if you want to go in the calesthenics direction can you only do workouts at home, so you should almost go to the gym, right?
@@steffi3383 hi! Lucy explained in previous videos, she started with HIIT workout at home. And she started playing around with calisthenics on her own before joining a gym. Check her previous videos out. They are informative and very inspiring! Good luck and have a fantastic day. 😊🍀
@@melodiesstuff1680 thank you very much for this information. I am very interested in calesthenics and will continue their Workouts. I will also watch and listen to their Videos more intensively. Have a nice day 🤗🤗

Yes no need for gym.
