Man awesome work! I seen this years ago! Pop rivits actualy hold that close as welds for aluminum like that? If so amazing!!! Its like thiers always other kind surprises with this work! I've done alot of pop riviting and this still shocks me!!!!
I made the trailer legs. Brackets are made of 1 1/4" square steel tubing with a hole drilled with a nut welded to it. I used a bolt with a wing nut I welded together. I first used muriatic acid to remove the zinc coating to avoid caustic gases when welding. The actual legs are 1" square aluminum with holes drilled in them for adjustability. Hope this answers your questions.
Great job, very well thought out. Make sure you can lock it no matter where you are with it. You always need to stop for food. Great job.
I do lock it up. Sorry for such a late response.
This is awsome I wish I had one
Nice

Thank you. I love living in my camper. The base frame is steel welded together, but the walls and roof are aluminum with drawer brackets and rivets.
And have the rivits workes good for your ride quality?
Yes. 60 mph winds blew my camper upside down but the camper is solid.
Try taking video with camera sideways please🤞👍 Good progress 👍
Whats the name of the trailer legs? Where did you purchase it from?

Thanks for responding. Do you know if they sell an item like this in stores?
I don't know to be honest. My only suggestion would be to look online.
I also used aluminum square tubing. Over $300 worth of it.
I’m at $200+
can you post the dimensions of the trailer please.
78" long, 36" wide, 43" at peak height.
Dont use screws to skin it. Keep using rivets ! Screws come loose after using the trailer.
Screws with proper lock washers and tightness do Not come loose, and are more powerful than rivets. Fact.
Consider using an actual "Camera", not an overpriced yet incompetent Fone.
