    NEW VIDEOS ADDED EVERY COUPLE DAYS.
    Today I was trying out a reel that is substantially cheaper than most of my other gear. The reel was offered to me by Piscifun ( www.piscifun.com/ ) in exchange for me to do a video reviewing it.
    So here is what I though. The reel feels very nice out of the box. It is a light weight smooth feeling reel. I think it has a cool/mean looking design and I like the sound of the drag. As for performance, I didn't have any issues and I am happy with it. I will continue to use it for Mackerel fishing, as that is a great way to test the durability of a reel. I'll keep you guys posted.
    Here is their website so you can check out all the specs for yourself.

    Nice video. Thanks for the review. I recently got the Pascifun Horor HR40. Nice and light. Use it for casting foe blues and Spanish. I like it.

    The design and overall look of the reel is awesome! Pair it with a nice rod and could be a great pier fishing/inshore set up!

    You know what I think it's awesome that these companies are finally giving you and some other fishing UA-cam guys some products to try because I got to be honest I'm paying attention and I actually may look into a piscifun now that I have seen you use it 33 lb of drag on a 4000 reel is pretty badass if it is legit

    Dude it was a pleasure watching you fish , you know how to use that rod and reel to it's best effect. Lift up wind down and let the rod and drag do it's job. So many fishermen on utube drive me nutz when they use the reel as a winch.... could you even call them fishermen if they don't know the basic's???. AS FAR AS USING A ROD AND REEL YOUR A PRO.... Good work.

    Use silly bands or little round rubber bands in your seats.
    Really helps tighten them down and takes the wobble out, just make sure you tighten them after about the first week after that you're good.

    Hey joey. I’m going up to Florida for a week in April and I have some XRAPS/ Spoons/ spooks that need SALTWATER hook replacement. Do you have any suggestions for certain trebles that can handle saltwater and is there anyway to get them in an assortment pack? I only need like 2 of each size and don’t want to buy 25 hook packs

    • @JoeyAntonelli
      @JoeyAntonelli  5 років тому +1

      I don't know the hook number. But there are plenty of different treble hooks for sale in all of the fishing stores here. Where are you going in Florida?

      Nothing wrong with The Slammer. I was just trying a new reel. I will be using this reel for Spanish mackerel because I do not want to burn out my Slammer. We will see how long this real last mackerel fishing.

    • @JoeyAntonelli
      @JoeyAntonelli  5 років тому

      I'm definitely not saying that $80 isn't anything, but comparatively speaking to the tackle usually used for snook fishing it is very cheap.
