There has to be massive interference from some of the dumbest producers ever. It's the only thing that can explain how consistently these movie trip over their own dicks.
Not-fun fact: JC Chandor, the director of Kraven also directed Margin Call and A Most Violent Year. If you respect yourself, watch either or both those films instead. They're amazing.
unfortunatley not, we went on a holiday the day after we saw it so just never got around to it. But i think it'll definitely make an appearance in the Best and Worst of 2024 video we plan to make. Marko needs to rant about it!
@burgunbeerd Looking forward to hearing that rant! I also thought it was awful. I don't get why Venom doesn't get trashed on as much as the other Sony Villain movies. I thought Venom 3 was especially messy.
@ well, I’m personally a big fan of Aaron Taylor Johnson (have been since kickass + bullet train!) so I was excited to him in action again, and as Kraven no less! Of course some of the story beats were corny, like the lion’s blood giving him powers, but I felt like there were really cool elements and the plot line was easy to follow as a casual enjoyer! Some standout performances (like The Rhino + Foreigner specifically) kept my intrigue through the film and the violence + action was perfect! I just wish there was more of it and better dialogue at points. It makes me sad knowing the reception is so poor for the film, because it’s entertaining as a sci-fi action film, but I understand it’s not “true to Kraven’s backstory and character”. Although, I’ve never known his story so the anti-hero element and family drama was alright to me! Not saying anyone is wrong for pointing out the flaws in the film, or even that we should all agree one way or another- but I was just hoping that I could find other people online who enjoyed it for the ride it was!
How would you Rank the Sony Villainverse movies?
As a ride or die Matt Smith girl, Morbius has to be number 1!
The rest are interchangeably all terrible
The thumbnail on this video made me laugh until I cried 😂
thankyou! Dan spent way too long on it haha
More like Kraven a better movie
LOL
I’m more excited for the any future documentaries about what went wrong with this Sony Verse

Shout out to the Dalek in a Santa hat
32:43 I’m confused on the order of the rankings.

I feel like Sony hasn't been doing anything differently, but folks are noticing now that the Venom movies have lost their luster
Can we do an open class action already please
BACK TO FORMULA😂😂😂 that didn’t slip by me boy bc I’m something of a scientist myself..
Did you guys do a review of Venom 3? Love to hear your thoughts

I'm sure there are dozens of you! Haha.
We would love to know what you enjoyed about it, just the action or did the dialogue actually do it for you?
