Thanks for creating all these supporting tutorial videos for your campaigns! Getting really into the 'role play' aspects of the simulation and flying as in the real world is a complex topic onto itself, never mind DCS underneath that too.
Thank you, I'm glad you like them. Yes, 'Role play' is a good expression for it, I think that's how one can make the most of what DCS has to offer - at least that's how I like to approach it.
@@ReflectedSimulations One day i dream of DCS actually handling these topics natively, with proper comms and procedure, a living world. But until then campaigns have been my go to, so satisfying.
What a great explanation! I always assumed it’d be more complex but know I know. I’ll definitely be paying more attention to my fuel from now on, even though I can run circles around my hornet buddies without AAR 😂
This is great stuff, any chance you can show the math formula's to calculate fuel stuff. I've always wanted to learn how it's done but I've never seen anyone show the actual math in calculating this stuff. Thank you sir
This is what I mean for simulation, speed & angels is the campaign I am waiting since I started to play with dcs..... The problem is.... Once you taste this mode to fly in dcs you cannot be back duevto any other mode will seams like an arcade!!
@@DCS_World_Japan I’m sure the admiral loves seeing Tomcats at full burner in low holding :D but yeah, if you think ahead - and use the ladder - you can have some fun time instead of chemtrailing the fish :)
@@ReflectedSimulations hey, i always wonders, is fuel dump allowed somewhere on low holding, marshall or nearby carrier group IRL. Is there any regulations/restrictions?
Yea dude … dcs is great but without you and the other campaign makers hard at work it would be relativity empty. After 6600 hrs the ai scream improvements ….. also I wanna se the ground fighting become way more in depth. Anyway non of these criticimsim are for reflected great work as always.
There are plenty of videos explaining how to fly the Tomcat, but not enough on how to fly it practically. These videos have been so helpful
Thanks, happy it helped.

The amount of information provided is amazing. Trying to find all this out on your own.... I wouldn't even know where to begin to look.
Well done! The community really needs these procedural videos. The aircraft are flown by the numbers, not like in the movies. Again, thanks!
Awesome video. I always wondered what happens if a plane takes off and just after taking off it has an emergency and has to land back on the carrier.
As usual, a very nice tutorial video to supplement the best campaign out there for the F-14. Thanks, as always.
One day I'll book a month off work and spend the time training that naval operations really deserve. One day...
Love the use of Phoenix Rising in this
Surely there's another option for reducing weight? Let's see if Jester can swim.
Haha
@@ReflectedSimulations Thanks. I've been really tempted to get the Tomcat because of your Speed & Angels campaign. Definitely on my wishlist :)

Yeah, it adds more flavor to the missions :)
An other awesome tutorial video here !! Thanksbso much for all those precious information.
Another great video, thank you!
"as some of you found the hard way in the fam flight" I feel personally attacked.
:)
I just discovered your channel excelent video and info
Thank you!
What music are you using? Sounds like something from topgun.
It's called "Her Majesty's Royal Sieve" by Delta Eddy.
Meteor - Phoenix Rising. It's track #4 of the Tomcat module's OST Defender of the Fleet.
Reminds me of the top gun back in the saddle score.
Nice video. Great content

Egg-cellent! 🤘🏻👍🏻
Egg-sactly! :D
What song do you use for these videos?
It’s the official F-14 module soundtrack
now that speed n angles is out, what campaign that you are working on will see the majority of your attention?
here's a video about my plans for 2023:

Fuel dump botton? LoL, it's called afterburner :D
haha :D
For real though, AB dumps gas faster than the dump switch does.

@ good question. I don’t know. Probably anywhere over the water
Have ditched lol
