Great work and good progress. Ots good to know when q Builder knows what his doing. Very informative and pleasing to see it coming into place. Look forward to the next episode.
This job looks very stressful and you guys are very laid back about it. I can’t wait to see the finished product. Once again guys quality workmanship 🙂👍
What a barsteward of a job! No wonder poor old Rich looked completely hacked off at the end of the episode! 😯 It’s going to be great when it’s done though, quality work as always from you. Adam, I think you dodged a bullet by not being there as I think you may have got a few choice words from Rich! 😂 Good to see all four of you together. See you next week. 👍🏼
I rekon you have made a great job of that. Personally, i never get too hung up about times taken do stuff as long as things are done correctly . Usually, everything evens out by the end of a job with the exception of customer extras and additions!
The bitty week has arrived! Nothing like spending days doing work on something that you’ll never see, only for a roofer to turn up and get all the glory for tacking tiles on. Have a great week all 👍🏻🏴
Lovely work again Rich and co. I have no idea why people say you talk too much; the whole reason I watch these videos is to understand how and why you do things; I’m not a builder so I need it explained. I needed to know how to do something the other day so I watched a UA-cam video but the guy barely spoke and I learnt absolutely nothing.
Richard just a question. When you do the boarding why do you call it plyboard when I thought you were using OSB board or am I mistaken to think that is OSB. Can you enlighten me.🤔🤔
Thought I recognised that building from a long time ago when I was a little shit, sorry a nice little boy as it was in my playground area, came past last week you was there but didn’t stop to say hello as I didn’t want to upset your customer if you know what I mean
Haha! Really? That's ace! Always feel free to say hello. I know exactly what you mean but could always say you recognised the van! Cheers mate, maybe see you soon.
Is it my guess or is Rich having to adjust the designs a little bit ?? Sometimes happens on my jobs too, but keeps it interesting eh ?? Good progress with the roof structure too. Nobody normally sees what goes into jobs like this so it's great that you guys share this work. Cheers.
Why do some of your timbers have a black edge? Please don’t change in response to a couple of people complaining about you talking too much, I really appreciate the in depth explanations and thought processes. I’m sure their TVs have mute buttons if it bothers them.
Hello Ian, they were used for something else before hand. Let's say that they are being up-cycled! Don't worry, we're not changing! They complain that we talk too much via comments that have too many words...oh the irony!
Hello Paul, hope you're well. Couldn't agree more but as explained in the previous video the last quote he had for one that was smaller than this was £20k. We may never have one for that reason.
@@Mr_A_Builders Scaffolding firm prices are a law to themselves, I rekon it is often a case of them picking a figure at random depending on how busy they are.
I can forward some details to your email of a great scaffolder I’ve used for years in the Birmingham / Dudley / Bromsgrove area who has done a few tin hats for me on 3000sq/ft + detached houses using beams for around £4-5k with drawing for insurance. Granted that’s ontop of existing lifts front and back but they are often needed anyway so seems a worthwhile cost for this time of year.
Haha! I know! But I do get it, I was brought in to try and find the cause of a random smell so could be damaging if I gave away the house away then they come to sell it. Shame though, it would have made great video!
You guys are simply a top team love the videos thanks for sharing 🤔👏😎
Neil that's an ace comment to receive, thank you very very much. Hope you're well, mate.

More than happy to contribute to the Children’s Hospital. Great stuff as always Adam & Rich, and oh, keep on talking 👍
Haha! If that's Dr's orders then we'll do just that! Thank you mate, that's amazing, thank you.

Simon if you'd met my wife you'd know full well that I'm well versed in knowing when to keep out of the way! Haha! Cheers mate.
A worthy cause lads 😁🙏
Adam (great name) that's ace mate, thank you very very much!

Thank you, Alan. Yes mate, it's coming together now!
Thanks
Wow! Nice one mate! That's great, thank you very much.

Cheers, Steven. Hope you're well mate.
@@Mr_A_Builders I am M8, and loving the banter
Excellent
Thank you, Kevin. How's things, mate?
This is further proof that some very deviant things happen in Bungalows but you guys nailed it 😇
Haha! Cheers, Mike!
Jesus, just marking and cutting the birdmouths correctly above those flitches is a days work in those tight spots. Top effort, I feel your pain.

That’s good to hear mate thank you, at least I’m helping one person with my ‘too much talking’ 😁👍🏻
Quality work guy's
Cheers, Robert! Hope you're having a great evening, mate.
Nice work!
Thank you, Kevin.
@ you’re welcome and thank you for the great videos
Our pleasure mate, thank you for watching.
Great explanations, thanks! I thought the amount of talking was just fine in this video
Cheers mate! Appreciate that.
“One man and his trowel” - Adam you look whacked. Look after yourself mate as I need my regular fix on Sundays and Wednesdays. All the best Mike
Poor Corby, got Google Translater running 24/7 😂
Richard just a question. When you do the boarding why do you call it plyboard when I thought you were using OSB board or am I mistaken to think that is OSB. Can you enlighten me.🤔🤔
It is OSB Martin

Nice one, Woody. Yes mate it's warts and all here and it ain't always pretty! Thanks again mate.
Rich why do you call OSB / sterling Board , plywood ??.
Great Chanel Guys 👍👍
I will never look at a roof the same way again flitch, scarf what else lol thanks guys..
Haha! Not easy are they!

Yay
Nice one, Dale.
Matthew looks more like Hercule Poirot than Higgins.
I can't help but feel a tin hat would have been a farr better option than messing about with temporary tyvek, etc.

evening not watched yet but thought id say hello .......
Haha! Hopefully you'll enjoy it when you do, mate.
@@Mr_A_Builders always do great team you got there ....
Iam guessing that you have a set of drawings for this and not just made it up as you go?
OSB matey, not plywood ❤❤❤
Yes Mathew I’m aware and not really sure why it upsets people that much that they feel the need to tell me. 🤷
A subscriber won't allow you to film! Where do they think the content they subscribe to comes from?

Tra rabbit.
What’s going on! Fark, he can chat the hind legs off a donkey! 30min video and 25mins of him talking
Soz Double D. There's a lot to do and not a real great way of showing it. I take it you're more of a Charlie Chaplin man than a Shakespearean?
I’m neither lol…. I watch all your vids regularly but there was a lot of explaining! Guess you can’t please us all
Too much talking. The best construction channels I watch are: Perkins’ Brothers (million views) and Stud Pack. Both are from 🇺🇸.
Thank you for the trivia, Janet. I'll remember that for next time I'm at the pub quiz.
Thanks
Thank you, Russ. That's great mate. Thank you.
Thanks
Thank you, mate! That's fantastic! Apologies for talking so long to reply. Hope you're well.
