I like to knit my socks concurrently also, knowing they don’t really get done any faster. I think it’s more of a mental trick to stay motivated to finish a PAIR and not succumb to Second Sock Syndrome! 🧦
Oh the music, sigh… I enjoy knitting West Yorkshire Spinners “Fairy Lights Sparkle” while watching Vlogmas. All the Christmas vibes.

Loved seeing Gracie and Dexter romping around after a bath! And especially looking forward to seeing how the Lump of Coal socks turn out. Like you, I like that the color isn’t so bright and in-your-face Christmas. Also, that Polka Dot Creek color for today (I can’t remember the dyer) was stunning!

Crazy dogs after baths-always so fun! Your yarns for today are so pretty and those cable locks are pretty cool too! I think working on the 3 gift knit socks I'm working on and getting them all to the same point before moving on to the next pair keeps me more interested for some reason. As you say, they probably don't get done faster but it's nice to feel like they do!!! :)

I hope Cooper’s Hawk was fun. It looks like it wasn’t too crowded. I was just there on Friday night and it was packed. I had to park over toward Costco because the other lot was full.
It was surprisingly not crowded! We figured that it would be slammed.
Oh my gosh, things created equal is one of my favourite yarn dyers. The second I saw that mini I was wondering if it was hers 😂

Watching from SW Florida. I have a sister named Cassie also. Her birthday is on the 27h. Mine is on the 12th. My 45th anniversary is also on the 12th. We were supposed to be born on Christmas day but I was 2 weeks early and she was 2 days late. Love your vlogmas podcasts.

I haven’t added anything to it yet. My husband is going to try to add a piece of wood to the top to make it longer.

She is a mutt, we aren’t sure what all she is a mix of. We only have two dogs. Our other dog passed away recently.

I’m not sure what one you mean? We have had Gracie for 10 years and Dexter for over 2. So we have had them awhile.
