I was pleasantly surprised by this month's yarnable. I honestly expected it to be red and green and my jaw dropped when I saw how pretty and different it was instead. Also, that stitch marker!!! Could you believe how cute?!?! I decided to treat myself this last quarter of the year to Yarnable and Southern Skein subscriptions and they both bring me so much joy. I guess they'll just have to continue into 2024....

Between the scammers and porch pirates you just feel like you want to hid under a blanket and let the world pass you by. But don’t let them get you down. Don't worry too much about those scammers. it's not your fault. People who always follow you and see your videos can know that they are scammers because everyone nowadays regularly warns about it and regularly says that if a prize has been won, it is said in the videos and who won it. I live in Alaska and seeing the Northern Lights in person is such an amazing experience. There are no words to describe how beautiful and fascinating they are. They truly dance in the sky. Hopefully the scammers can find something better to do with their time 😊

Oh, I stopped breathing for just a sec when you said you're giving away the Northern Lights set, because that one is my favorite of all the ones you showed! It's extremely easy to report scammers and only takes a few clicks, so everyone should get in the habit of doing that.

Scammers are so frustrating. My mom want telling me last week that "publisher's clearing house" was contacting them saying they won.....Luckily she is pretty savvy when it comes to that stuff so no harm done! Your advent blanket it beautiful! I loving seeing how it grows! I am only two squares into my own, but I think I am going to rip out one of the squares so I can get the beautiful pattern like yours by changing the direction of the decreases. It is fabulous!

Good gravy, I wouldn't know what yarn to start with...all those beauties! They're going to make some fabulous socks, that's for sure. I'm giving my hands a break from working on some scrappy socks-so much fun. The stripes are making them go quickly...I think.

I’ve heard a few podcasters using the expression “gift away” to fool the bots, though they’ll probably catch on to that eventually 🤷♀️. I’m 69 and made my first pair of socks about 3 months ago, and have just been watching your tutorial as I’m doing my first pair changing colours for heel sock and toes.
