Flat Bench Press
Lie on a flat bench and position your legs at the sides of the bench, keeping your feet flat on the floor. Grab the bar slightly wider than shoulder width. Slowly lower the weight to your chest. Exhale as you raise the weight and inhale as the weight is lowered. Avoid arching your back.
Flat Dumbbell Flyes
Lie on a flat bench and grab two dumbbells. Your palms should be facing inward. From the starting position at the top, slowly lower the weights following a semi-circular motion until the dumbbells are out to your sides. Be sure to keep your elbows slightly bent to take pressure off them.
Close Grip Bench Press
While lying on a flat bench, grab the bar with a grip between 8-to-12 inches wide. Slowly lower the bar to your lower pecs and then back up to the starting position. Keep your elbows in and close to body. Control the weight in the downward motion, never relaxing the control.
Incline Dumbbell Press
Lie on an incline bench and grab two dumbbells. Slowly let the weight come down to where the bottom of the dumbbell is just below the pec line where you should feel the stretch in your pec, but not in your shoulder. turkishhardcore

Jay Cutler, Phil Heath, Branch Warren, and Dexter Jackson. You have all these top Olympians posing in every magazines. Frankie does not even make the top 10 of the only Olympia he participated. But he has inspired legions of guys to hit the gym. The whole Animal movement is to inspire people to lift for the love of it. Not for a 5 dollar trophy or fame or glamour. That's why the Beast is training in a basement gym. This is the essence of Animal. Go McGrath! Don't stop!

Great control on movements
I wish my gym had metal weights. Urethane plates are not satisfying in the least. I workout at a health club. I wish there was a real gym around here.
ANY gym that doesn't have Metal weights, is a girls gym. LOL
It is nice to see some perfect form! I never comment saying bad form because I'm not really that bothered but those incline bench presses were great

Well this is not fake, He REALLY used this routine a couple of years ago. When the DVD was made. Me, Him and ProjectHULK are training in the same gym. And believe me, he's a beast in the gym, talks to no one. And yes, he changed his routine.

On their website you can watch a good free video featuring the right way to pack on notable muscles fast while burning unwanted fat at the same time. why no dips or decline bench press?

Decline bench press hits the lower chest, upper chest is generally more impressive thus the start with incline instead of decline. Bodybuilders will mainly do upper chest exercises as they also hit lower but primarily upper. Decline is the opposite of what they want. Dips aren't a must for bodybuilders as well.
Angelfanism I agree, plus in my opinion as a bodybuilder, decline is more of ego exercise more than anything, decline dumbbell press or hammer strength is better, strict form over heavy weight

@WonkyStool Your right. He actually isnt real. They edited his body to make it look good. He doesnt really lift weights. Non of the guys on Animal do. Why would a bodybuilder lift weights? Dont you wish everyone was as smart as us? *rollseyes*
Why does he begins always with a light weight ? I mean, if I do that I will be too tired to use heavy weight. IMO this is better to save your energy for the heavy weights no ?
Is important to always work to your highest, muscle fatigue as well as tissues need to warmed up or else you will risk injuries

I think what he's asking is why does he continue to warm up so much for every lift? For example does he need to really start ramping up again for flat bench press after he's already done his work set for incline bench press?
