I’m from Mobile, AL. My aunt fried tripe when I was a little girl. I loved it. She passed away when I was 13 years old. I haven’t had it since then. I’m going to try it using your video for reference. Thank you.
I love fried beef tripe....it is available on line several places at different prices. .very exspensive...I buy it through Walmart and its shipped to my house....just got a case last week....the way this lady cooked it,is the only way I know to cook it.....its very good. I wish she was my neighbor because no one here but me eats it....
Sorry about that, but here is the recipe. Take the beef tripes out of the can and wipe the gel off honey and add salt and pepper, then put flour on it and fry. Let it brown on each side to your desired browning and enjoy. The flour could be self-rising or all-purpose flour.
I could write it and hopefully you will understand then. What do you need to know about the beef tripes in the can. All I do is cut them up and season with salt and pepper and accent, put flour on it it doesn't matter what kind and fry it that's all to that.
I love beef tripe. My mother use to cook them as well. They are hard to find now. I like everything you cook lol.
Thank You so much!
Go to Walmart and look in the isle where the can meat n fish is should be somewhere there. I find mines there in a can or fresh to cook as well.
Food lion sells them
But you suppose to clean that stuff off of them and u can boil them to further tenderize them, and then season, flour, and fry
Thanks for letting me know how you cook yours. I prefer mine not boiled, before frying them.
