Thank you so very much for these exercises. I am 77 yrs old, and have been diagnosed with spondylolisthesis. Operation was mentioned, but that is not the route I wish to take at my age. I have been doing your exercises and have been amazed at the instant relief !! I only watched your video yesterday, and today I have managed to make our bed and make the breakfast with no pain at all. It can only get better as I go forward. Thank you again for being there for us.
Thank you! Now I know how to work out in the gym. Back brace helps while I work. No meds right now. Episodes only happen every 12 - 16 mo. I can sense that clicking sound!
I have been in dire pain for spondy L4 pain for 3 yrs. Your 3 exercises are helping pain first day. You are saving me from surgery big time. Anyway Id rather have pain then surgery. I dont trust the system. I got my spondy 35 yrs ago and didnt have any problem with it. But now....my hammy area in pain when I try to walk. No fracture stage 2.
Hi Sugunyara, Thank you so much for the blessings! 🧡 We are so sorry to see you may be dealing with lower back pain and hope this can offer you some relief. Just in case you're interested, we have a lower back pain help playlist you might find helpful. You can access it here: “Lower Back Pain Help” ua-cam.com/play/PLJVIPiFvv1mbzUnBp_oP2JYk_dN9E42S4.html Start with one or two exercises, beginning with the smallest range of motion and the lowest intensity. As you feel stronger, you can gradually increase both the range of motion and intensity. It’s best to do these exercises every day throughout the day. Aim to tire out the muscle without losing form or control. Consistency is key. Always avoid working through pain; soreness and mild discomfort are normal, but pain is not. We hope you found this information helpful. We'd love to hear how you are doing as you progress.🙌 Please take care!
I just got X-ray from a chiropractor & he mentioned Spondy. I did not get an adjustment & will meet w/him Monday for discussion of the X-ray. I love working out so these exercises give me something to focus on until I can get further info. Love all your great info & might have to schedule an appointment next time I go through El Paso! ✌️
Thank you again. I’ve been working on the exercises you suggest for sciatica pain. It did mostly illiminate the pain down my legs. It did bring the pain up into my lower back and now I’m going to start the Spondylolisthesis exercises to try to correct the condition in my back I’m very hopeful and I’m so grateful. Thank you.

I have a spondeolenthesis and I've also had a back surgery 5 years ago. I am doing your exercises and wondering if they will help me. I am 75 and have had a knee replacement 10 years ago but I am still fit and exercising
Mine is bad but I don’t get how to fix this pain. .?Grade 2 spondy but pain is horrible can u tell me how exactly these are meant to be cuz I don’t feel my abs tightening up
Is the exercises the same for (mild) retrolethesis? But I also have a disc thats losing height so I have been doing all your lower ab strengthening and I have been feeling better. I think I had muscle imbalance. But now I'm concerned I should maybe start arching my back more so the mild retrolithesis doesn't get worse?I also have hip osteoarthritis and do all your glute exercises..

What exercises do you recommend to relieve spinal retrolisthesis?
I have spondylolisthesis L4 & L5
Will this exercise work if my vertebrae is moved towards the back instead of forward?
I can’t stand longer than 30 minutes at a time, how soon can I see results when following this exercises.
Mine was congenital and secondary to bilateral pars defect.
