For wrists one huge thing is making sure your chair is at the right heigt for your desk and own height. If you have a bad angle on your hand you're gonna get screwed. Same applies for monitor height and neck.

What would be cool is to see u and box speedrun again in a seasonal mode, and it would not be the same commitment as a regular account :)
I think people forget it only counts time when youre logged in... so you can actually have a fairly balanced life around the speedrun. Not like you have to play 16hrs+ a day to beat the record or something. Enjoyed the series!
When you said what you would change about runescape and said it might be unpopular i was expecting like "add summoning or dungeoneering" or something lol but god damn if they stopped adding new quests into the game i would have quit years ago. New content is literally the only thing that keeps me motivated in this game at this point.

I did some contracts and what it seems like for me is that you get prayer, which would maybe give you more barrage slayer if it's worth it and the loot sacks also shit out birds nests which would definitely save some time on herb runs and doing shit secondary pots like range pots. Again not sure if the slower rate is worth it compared to 3t chins though.

Single player RuneScape is lame AF.
It doesn't matter if the method is "not too OP to nerf it". Burnt Jogre bones, selling yourself gold in the shop, and relying on your alts for everything definitely nullifies this record. The point of ironman is to "stand alone" not stand next to your alt while you sell yourself gold ore. Not only is not a record due to cheating, but if Jagex had any integrity they'd see how you abused shops with alts and ban you like they did to previous people who transfer to their IRONman. I know you're on the spectrum and this is your life's work though. so congrats let me know when you contribute to society
